Key responsibilities include managing the daily workload associated with in-house printing, returned mail processing, document scanning, check handling, and mail indexing activities. The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring work queues, balancing resources, addressing operational issues, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing work. This person serves as a primary liaison with the mailroom vendor, coordinating the receipt, processing, and distribution of incoming mail.
