The Channel Account Manager is responsible for providing direct support for the sales strategy and execution designed to drive incremental revenue via channel partners. For those candidates who live near a Jamf office, you may be expected to work periodically in-office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. What you can expect to do in this role: Attain assigned sales targets and/or other key measures of success Develop and execute a business plan in partnership with Apple channel team to dramatically grow channel-created business with assigned partners Identify, enable and support Apple channel sales and marketing team members and their partner activities Develop an appropriate strategy for assigned partners and lead and manage team members responsible for these partners Develop targeted campaigns, success metrics and investment cases with Apple and assigned partners to grow channel-sourced opportunities Work with Channel Marketing team to create relevant content for partner sales enablement Provide resolution for partner/customer issues, and engage Jamf sales teams where appropriate, ensuring follow through by appropriate Jamf employees Identify end customer business and technical needs relative to Jamf features and bene
