What You’ll Do: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to support regional growth Enable and support existing partners through training, account alignment, and co-selling activities Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with partners Collaborate with Datadog sales teams to identify and drive partner-influenced opportunities Coordinate partner activities including enablement sessions, pipeline reviews, and joint account planning Support marketing and demand generation activities with partners Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, and engagement metrics Help drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth across the region Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within a technology or SaaS company Experience working with resellers, MSPs, or regional channel partners Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams Organized and capable of managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously Comfortable learning technical concepts and positioning value to partners and customers Willingness to travel up to
