Position Overview As we accelerate Diligent's presence across EMEA's specialist services markets, we're looking for a driven, commercially sharp sales professional who can win and grow with senior buyers in a governed, compliance-driven world. This is a rare opportunity to join Specialty Markets, a high-growth EMEA division serving the firms that manage governance, entities, risk and audit on behalf of their clients. You'll own a defined, high-value territory with a clear mandate: grow net-new revenue and expand within an established base of Diligent relationships. If you know how to sell complex, multi-stakeholder software into professional and regulated services firms – and can get credible with their leaders fast – this role was built for you. The Market You'll Sell Into You'll sell to professional and regulated services firms that deliver governance, entity, risk, compliance and audit work on behalf of their clients. In practice that spans fund administrators, corporate service providers, management companies (ManCos / AIFMs), law firms, private equity and venture capital firms, trust & fiduciary services, risk advisers, and audit & advisory firms. This isn't back-office compliance – it's a revenue-generating service line they deliver to their own clients. Here’s a summary of the role: Every enterprise deal reaches the moment where someone in security says “prove it.” You’re the person who answers — quickly, accurately, and with the evidence to back it up. As an Analyst II on our Trust & Assurance team, you’ll own a live queue of security questionnaires, third-party due diligence assessments, RFP security sections and customer assurance requests. You’ll draft at speed using AI-assisted response tooling, then verify every answer against our approved answer library, current SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and the underlying evidence before it leaves your hands. Accuracy is the whole game here: a wrong answer in a customer questionnaire is a commitment we didn’t mean to make. The best part is that you won’t just work the queue — you’ll shrink it. Every recurring question you turn into a published answer on our trust site is a ticket that never comes back. If you’ve spent two to four years in security GRC, compliance, IT audit or customer assurance, you’re precise under volume, and you like being measured on turnaround time and first-pass accuracy, you’ll do well here. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Own a high-volume queue of security questionnaires, due diligence assessments, RFP security sections and assurance requests, delivering accurate responses within SLA. Use AI-assisted response tooling to draft at speed, then verify every answer against the approved answer library, current certifications and underlying evidence before it goes out. Triage and route incoming requests using established playbooks — resolving the routine independently and escalating anything novel, contractual or architecturally complex. Maintain and expand the answer library by adding approved answers, retiring stale ones and flagging inconsistencies, so the same question never has to be researched twice. Build out trust site and customer-facing content, and show commercial teams how to

Here's a summary of the role Data is only powerful when everyone agrees what it means. This is your chance to build a world class product behavioural data system and process from the ground up. We're rebuilding the internal product our teams use to measure product success and end-user value across all our 24+ products in four business units. You'll design the single source of truth: the metric definitions, the telemetry standards, the data contract engineering instruments against, the change governance processes and tooling, and the models that turn behaviour into portfolio insight. You'll educate and support the teams using this internal behavioural data product to set expectations and and plot a rational roadmap for the maturing of this product, helping our user to use the data honestly and wisely. Usage tells you what happened, not why, or whether it mattered. We want someone who sets quantitative behaviour against qualitative evidence and treats the disagreement as the interesting part. AWS/Snowflake is our spine; capture and BI are open decisions you'll help make. Your models feed the business reviews our executive team, CTO and investors use to run the portfolio, and engineering is committed to instrument against your contract. Here's what your first twelve months should look like First 90 days. Learn the estate, meet the engineers who instrument it, and agree the measurement model for one product end to end — with a defensible adoption number and the qualitative read on what it means. Three to six months. Data contract published, instrumentation spec landed with engineering, first business unit building against it. Definitions, naming and versioned change control governed. Six to twelve months. Rolling out across the remaining business units through the BU-aligned analysts, portfolio reporting running on your numbers. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all

Head of Enterprise GTM Strategy & Operations Reports to VP, Enterprise Sales · SF or NY Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Sales, this role owns both halves of Scale AI’s enterprise revenue engine: the strategy that determines where we play and how we win, and the operating system - people, process, and systems - that makes that strategy executable, measurable, and repeatable. On the strategy side, you set the analytical foundation for enterprise growth: segment and account prioritization, coverage and territory design, pricing and packaging inputs, and the diagnostic work that explains why the funnel behaves the way it does. On the operations side, you own the RevOps stack, forecasting, compensation design, sales enablement, and the operating cadences that convert strategy into predictable quarterly execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a segmentation model from a blank page and running a Monday morning pipeline review. You will lead an established team, with the Head of Sales Enablement and the RevOps Manager as direct reports. Your first job is to raise the ceiling on what that team delivers: sharper analysis, tighter operating rhythm, and enablement that measurably shortens ramp and lifts win rates. This is a senior, highly visible role partnering with Enterprise Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Solutions Engineering, with regular exposure to the executive team and board materials. STRATEGY Define which segments, industries, and accounts Scale prioritizes, and build the analytical case behind those choices Build and maintain the market sizing, segmentation, and account-tiering models that drive coverage decisions and investment trade-offs Lead hypothesis-driven analyses of the enterprise funnel - win/loss patterns, conversion drivers, deal economics, coverage gaps - and translate findings into specific changes to how we sell Partner with Finance and Product on pricing, packaging, and deal-structure strateg
