The Role We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join Capco’s consulting team and support one of our clients within the financial services industry. You will join a multidisciplinary team, where the focus is on creating, maintaining and continuously improving automation solutions, including robots and chatbots . The team works with technologies such as Blue Prism to automate processes and improve the way client services are delivered. As Scrum Master, your role is to enable the team to perform at its best. You will facilitate the Agile way of working, help remove impediments, strengthen collaboration and support continuous improvement across the team. You will work closely with the Product Owner, technology specialists, business stakeholders and other teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery. What You Will Do Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions. Coach and support the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles in a pragmatic and effective way. Identify and help remove impediments that impact the team’s progress.
