A Brief Overview Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removes impediments, promotes collaboration, supports Product Owners, and drives continuous improvement across Agile teams. Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum framework by creating an environment that enables team success, fosters continuous learning, and delivers business value. Coaches and mentors Scrum Masters and Agile teams while championing Agile principles, servant leadership, and organizational agility. Position Summary The CVS Health Enterprise Delivery team is looking for an innovative thought partner who has a strong analytic and program management skill set to serve as a key contributor on critical technical programs. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and deliver high-quality products, focusing on creating high value increments that eventually meet the Definition of Done. Ensure that the team is delivering the committed work on time and within the agreed scope, while ensuring optimal performance and the elimination of blockers. Track and report on the progress of the team, ensuring that the status of sprints, work completion, and risks are communicated to stakeholders regularly.
