We're looking for a Senior Manager, Business Performance to be the business driver behind our scheduling product's growth story. This is a role for a strategic thinker with enough technical and data fluency to be self-sufficient. You'll define what should be measured, and shape the KPIs that reflect real business health. You'll work across finance, product, marketing, and data and insights to get the story in shape. You won't be working in raw data tables, but you will be the primary voice driving our analytics and data engineering teams to build what the business actually needs to answer its most important questions. Produce the analyses and frameworks that inform weekly business reviews, QBR presentations, and monthly deep-dives for senior and executive stakeholders, working cross-functionally to bring together multiple dimensions into a set of recommendations.
