About the Role As the EMEA Regional IT Support Lead based in Dublin, you will be the senior onsite IT owner for the Dublin office while serving as the regional lead for IT support across EMEA. You will combine high-quality hands-on support with regional coordination, operational leadership, and process improvement. Your scope includes frontline support, onboarding and offboarding, AV and event readiness, vendor and equipment management, office build and workplace technology support, executive support, and the design of scalable support workflows across offices and time zones.
