The Role We're looking for a highly analytical Senior Business Operations Analyst to support the growth and execution of our Dispatch Intelligence product. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, customer, product, engineering, and data science and has two core areas of responsibility. First, you will help drive overall program execution for Dispatch Intelligence: bringing structure to complex cross-functional initiatives, improving processes, tracking progress, and ensuring teams stay aligned on priorities and timelines.
