Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! Why This Role Is Different This is not a typical “Applied Scientist” or “ML Engineer” role. As a Member of Technical Staff, Applied ML, you will: Work directly with enterprise customers on problems that push LLMs to their limits. You’ll rapidly understand customer domains, design custom LLM solutions, and deliver production-ready models that solve high-value, real-world problems. Train and customize frontier models — not just use APIs. You’ll leverage Cohere’s full stack: CPT, post-training, retrieval + agent integrations, model evaluations, and SOTA modeling techniques. Influence the capabilities of Cohere’s foundation models. Techniques, datasets, evaluations, and insights you develop for customers will directly shape the next generation of Cohere’s frontier models. Operate with an early-startup level of ownership inside a frontier-model company. This role combines the breadth of an early-stage CTO with the infrastructure and scale of a deep-learning lab. Wear multiple hats, set a high technical bar, and define what Applied ML at Cohere becomes. Few roles in the industry combine application, research, customer-facing engineeri
The Product Management team drives Asana’s product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We're defining a new category of technology as the human agent operating system by inventing new ways for teams to work together more efficiently. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. You’ll take part in every type of product work here, from strategy to product to process improvements, by conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Enterprise Data Governance team. Our team owns the strategic platform capabilities that govern the full lifecycle of customer data, including retention, migration, auditing, export, and operational governance. The Product Management team drives Asana's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We're helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team that enables customers to turn their work into concrete plans. This team owns the core surfaces people rely on to structure, organize, and view their work in Asana — including Pages, projects, list views, and My Tasks, among others — spanning both 0 → 1 experiences and deep, high-stakes improvements to workflows that millions of teams use every day. Because these surfaces are foundational to how people work in Asana, decisions here ripple across nearly every other team at the company, and this role requires aligning multiple partners around complex, sometimes ambiguous tradeoffs. This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve: Set the strategy for a program or large workstream within our core planning experience, aligned with broader group goals Drive end-to-end delivery of multi-month initiatives — from problem definition through launch — often defining work that lands on other teams' roadmaps and requires coordinating delivery across multiple teams, rather than

You will own the end-to-end enablement process for the programs and stakeholder relationships you’re responsible for: diagnosing the gap, gathering field evidence, building a multi-faceted strategy (not just a content solution), partnering across teams to deliver the experience, and reporting business impact to Sales and Customer Success leadership. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves quickly, thinks strategically and creatively, and is equally comfortable analyzing hard data and reading what’s happening on the ground. You’ll drive adoption at scale with limited guidance, influence senior stakeholders without positional authority, and help shape how the Program Management function o
