Principais Responsabilidades Mix de “hunter” (novos negócios e logos), desenvolvimento e manutenção de carteiras de clientes, com foco em fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes estratégicos do setor financeiro. Identificar, qualificar e converter oportunidades de negócios em projetos e programas de transformação. Atuar como principal ponto de contato junto aos stakeholders executivos dos clientes. Elaborar estratégias de crescimento e expansão de contas, visando aumento de receita e rentabilidade. Liderar processos de vendas consultivas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento de contratos. Trabalhar em parceria com equipes de consultoria, tecnologia, delivery e recrutamento para construção de propostas comerciais. Entender os desafios de negócio dos clientes e propor soluções inovadoras alinhadas aos seus objetivos estratégicos. Acompanhar tendências do mercado financeiro e de tecnologia para identificar novas oportunidades. Participar de negociações comerciais complexas e processos de RFP/RFI.
