What You Will Be Doing As a Renewal Manager at MongoDB, you will be responsible for managing the commercial renewal process for our Enterprise Growth customer base, ensuring the seamless continuation of their partnerships with MongoDB and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to offer an outstanding customer experience, ultimately contributing to the growth and retention of our customer portfolio within your territory.
