NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, desktop gaming, and enhanced computing capabilities for more than 25 years. Today, we are tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. As a NVIDIAN, you will work on problems that sit at the boundary of architecture, silicon, firmware, software, and production, where strong judgment matters as much as technical depth. We're the Silicon Design for Productization (DFP) Team, within the broader Silicon Co-Design Group, and we turn power and thermal design into executable productization methodology. Power and thermal are among the most complicated problems we work on at NVIDIA because they sit at the intersection of architecture, workload behavior, silicon variation, firmware policy, platform constraints, and product goals. Small decisions here have an outsized impact on performance, efficiency, reliability, bring-up speed, and ultimately what the product can deliver in the field. We define how features move from concepts to bring-up, characterization, validation, and release. In this role, you will help us build that bridge. We're looking for an engineer who reasons from first principles, flourishes with ownership in a fast-paced environment, and uses AI with sound judgment. What you’ll be doing: Lead the effort across multi-functional teams to keep the program’s power and thermal productization strategy clear, executable, and on track. Create methodology and silicon test plan based controller designs and architecture, including characterization process, debug tools, fuse/firmware settings and lab requirements. Drive resolution for challenging silicon issues through structured hypotheses, measurement plans, and root-cause closure. Steward the Power and Thermal playbook when the existing productization methodology

About the Team OpenAI's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team partners across the company to enable safe, responsible growth. This role will be a senior EHS partner to our robotics operations as our operating footprint expands. You will work closely with Robotics, Engineering, Operations, Facilities, Workplace, Construction, Security, People, Legal, and external partners to integrate safety into how our facilities are designed, built, staffed, and operated. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Manager, EHS - Robotics to provide senior, hands-on safety leadership across multiple sites. This role is for an experienced EHS leader who can operate independently in a fast-moving technical environment, anticipate risk before it becomes an incident, and build practical safety systems that scale with the business. Our robotics operations are scaling quickly, with a growing mix of construction, commissioning, workforce expansion, and around-the-clock operations. NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today, we are tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. As an NVIDIAN, you will address challenges spanning architecture, silicon, firmware, software, and production — and excellent judgment matters as much as technical depth! We are the Silicon Power Team within the Silicon Co-Design Group. We architect and deliver groundbreaking solutions for productizing NVIDIA's chips across consumer, professional, server, embedded, mobile, and automotive markets. Silicon characterization, correlation to arch and design expectations, product spec finalization, and productization techniques and infrastructure are our day-to-day work — always on the bleeding edge of the industry. Small decisions here have outsized impact on performance, efficiency, reliability, bring-up speed, and ultimately what the product delivers in the field. We are hiring a Senior Silicon Power Engineer to own power-feature productization on a flagship silicon program. This is not a coordination role, and it is not a compliance role — it is the seat where power features either work at scale or become the reason a program slips. The two highest-leverage problems in this seat: Close the hardest multi-functional power failures before they gate a program. Take ambiguous, cross-boundary issues across architecture, firmware, validation, and platform to root-cause closure — with productized fixes and reusable methodology the next program can inherit. Build AI-enabled characterization as a real capability, not a demo. Every bring-up generates terabytes of characterization, shmoo, and telemetry data. Deploy AI workflows for data analysis, metric extraction, trend detection, and cross-bring-up correlation — with the guardrails and validation discipline to make them trustworthy enough to gate production decisions! <

Develop and validate predictive models, reconcile simulations with measurements, perform uncertainty quantification, and provide actionable recommendations to engineering and program leadership.
