Solution Architect Sigma Computing The SA role has evolved. Here’s the version we’re hiring for. The SA job in 2026 is not the SA job in 2023. Three things now sit at the center of how we evaluate this role. This hire has to do all three at a senior level, with the architectural depth to back it up. 1. Use AI every day to do the job better. If you are not using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to accelerate your account prep, architecture diagramming, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis, you are getting outworked by SAs who are. We expect this hire to treat AI tooling as default infrastructure, not novelty. Come with a point of view on what you run, why, and how you use it to compress weeks of work into days. 2. Sell AI into the account. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model is powering what. You have to be fluent. You know Sigma’s AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, and warehouse-native agent patterns. You can architect Sigma agents and warehouse agents into a customer’s stack and explain the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call. You also speak credibly about Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and the broader stack the customer already runs. 3. Sell against AI. Every enterprise deal has AI competition in it. Sometimes it is Databricks Genie. Sometimes it is Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Sometimes it is a systems integrator pitching a bespoke agent built over the weekend. You know where each of these breaks at scale, where Sigma’s warehouse-native architecture wins on governance, freshness, and cost, and how to draw the line for a skeptical CDO without hand-waving. You can defend that position in an architecture review, on a security questionnaire, and across three follow-up calls. About Sigma Sigma is the AI runtime environment for the modern enterprise. About Us OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions. The team's execution has been exceptional, and we're scaling at a remarkable pace. Our stellar early team comes with experience in companies like J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, FalconX, Paypal, Affirm, Polygon, Kraken, Nium & others. We're backed by Accel, Lightspeed, NfX and other top-tier investors. Role Overview We are looking for a Security & Compliance Engineer to turn regulatory requirements into real, running controls — and then prove to auditors that they work. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, heavily regulated environments and knows how to make compliance provable in production rather than on paper. OpenFX is expanding across Europe in a heavily regulated financial environment. As we scale into EU markets, regulators, auditors, and enterprise partners expect provable, continuously operating security controls — not slide decks or one-off audits. Compliance requirements (DORA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and region-specific regulations) are increasing faster than our ability to operationalize them, and this role exists to close that gap. You will own the security controls and evidence that regulators and auditors care about, end to end — from translating regulatory language into concrete mechanisms through to audit walkthroughs and remediation. You will partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and engineering to ensure compliance is built into the platform rather than bolted on after the fact. This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU/EEA). Key Responsibilities: Own audit-ready security controls Design, implement, and maintain technical and operational controls for DORA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and future regional requirements. Ensure controls are not just documente
About the Team The DoorDash Research Fellowship is a 3-month program (extendable to 6 months) looking for Summer and Fall 2026 cohorts, for researchers and engineers who want to work on the hardest applied ML and AI problems in local commerce. Fellows are given the resources, autonomy, and access to real-world operational data needed to pursue ambitious research directions — with the goal of producing work that influences both the field and how DoorDash operates at scale. This program is modeled on the best external research fellowships: fellows are treated as independent researchers, not as junior employees on a product team. You pick the problem (within a set of priority areas), you own the direction, and you publish or ship the outcome. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will receive… Dedicated compute allocation sized to the research agenda — GPU clusters for training and inference budgets for experimentation Full access to DoorDash's research infrastructure — our internal RL stack, training and evaluation pipelines, RL environments built on real operational systems, agent evaluation harnesses, and the tooling our own research teams use day-to-day. Fellows are first-class users, not sandboxed visitors. Access to DoorDash operational data — real-world datasets spanning logistics, merchant operations, consumer behavior, and marketplace dynamics, under appropriate data governance Research mentorship from senior researchers and engineering leaders at DoorDash, plus a named research sponsor for each fellow who meets with you weekly and is accountable for unblocking your work Speaker series featuring leading researchers and practitioners from academia and industry — faculty from top ML programs, research leads from frontier AI labs, and senior operators from across tech. Fellows get dedicated 1:1 time with speakers when possible. A cohort of fellows working alongside you — a small, tight-knit group of researchers tackling different problems but sharing
About Supabase Supabase is an open source Firebase alternative. We give developers a Postgres database, authentication, instant APIs, edge functions, and real-time subscriptions — all in one platform. We are building the infrastructure layer for the next generation of applications. Corporate IT at Supabase reports into the Security organization. Identity and endpoint hygiene are treated as security controls, not administrative overhead. You will work with a small, senior team with direct access to engineering leadership and a mandate to automate everything. About the Role You will work directly with our IDM/MDM Lead to own the day-to-day operations of our identity and endpoint stack — Okta, Slack, Iru (MDM), and the integrations that tie them together. This role is equal parts identity management and endpoint operations, with a strong expectation that you automate what you repeat and document what you automate. This role provides follow-the-sun IT and identity coverage alongside our IDM/MDM Lead on the West Coast. Fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in EST or APAC. What You’ll Own Identity & Access Management Administer Okta day-to-day: user provisioning, group management, SSO application configuration, and MFA policy enforcement. Own joiner-mover-leaver (JML) workflows — ensure access is granted on day one, adjusted on role change, and fully revoked on departure with no manual gaps. Maintain and improve Okta lifecycle automation, reducing manual provisioning toil and closing the window between HR events and access changes. Audit access regularly: identify stale accounts, over-provisioned roles, and orphaned app assignments before they become incidents. Support FIDO2/WebAuthn and YubiKey deployment for privileged access across the organization. Endpoint Management & MDM Administer Iru (formerly Kandji) MDM for macOS fleet: device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance baselines, and policy enforcement. Ensure all managed endpo

The residency You own one hard problem end to end. You write the proposal, build the system, design the evaluation, ship behind a gate, and finish with a write-up of what turned out to be true, including the parts that didn't work. You'll sit in the production codebase with a senior mentor and real production data. Recent residents have shipped self-improving harnesses, inference-cost work, agent memory, and eval infrastructure. Your project gets scoped with you, not handed to you. The problem space The loop we care about: production traces become data, data becomes training and evaluation, and better agents produce better traces. Projects live somewhere on that loop. Harness and inference-time work. Context engineering, tool and skill design, orchestration, and deciding where extra inference compute actually pays. Self-improvement loops run behind hard fences. Post-training for agents. SFT on curated trajectories, preference optimization, RL on real agent tasks. Reward design where outcomes are verifiable, process vs. outcome supervision, distilling frontier behavior into cheaper models. Environments and rewards.
