SUMMARY STATEMENT We are looking for a Solution Architect to design the technical solutions behind our client engagements and give delivery teams a clear, workable path from concept to production. You will work across enterprise data, software applications and GenAI - translating complex business problems into practical architectures that delivery teams can build and scale. This could include architecting an agentic workflow for clinical operations, a conversational analytics product grounded in enterprise data, or an AI-enabled decision platform for commercial teams. You will work directly with clients, define the architecture, test the most important technical decisions yourself and establish the foundations for successful delivery. This is an architecture-first role with meaningful hands-on engineering: you will stay close enough to implementation to prove the architecture works and support it through production delivery, without becoming the primary engineer for every component. You will also help shape the reusable patterns, technical standards and accelerators behind Lynx’s growing AI-native life sciences practice. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Architecture Own the end-to-end solution architecture for client engagements, including data models, system design, integration patterns and technology choices. Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and implementation paths that delivery teams can build from. Design solutions spanning enterprise data, APIs, applications, cloud platforms and GenAI capabilities. Lead technical discovery with clients: understand requirements, assess existing systems and identify dependencies, constraints and delivery risks. Present architectural options and trade-offs clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders and senior leaders. Make pragmatic decisions across build speed, cost, scalability, security and maintainability. Review key implementation decisions and remain

About the Team Platform Partnerships builds and grows the relationships that extend OpenAI products through the world’s most important technology platforms. The team works across Product, Engineering, Research, Go-to-Market, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Policy, and Operations to turn partner opportunities into durable product experiences and business outcomes. We’re hiring a Partner Manager, Monetization to help build, scale, and manage a portfolio of strategic platform and monetization partnerships. You will drive day-to-day strategy and execution, help shape joint roadmaps and commercial opportunities, and translate shared ambition into measurable adoption, usage, revenue, distribution, and product impact. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role for a skilled generalist who can move between partnership strategy and detailed execution. You will own day-to-day execution across priority relationships, collaborate with senior partnership leads and cross-functional teams, create structure where playbooks are still emerging, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and step into the product, commercial, and operating details required to move work forward. In this role, you will: Drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution across priority partners, working closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Go-to-Market, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Policy, and Operations to align roadmaps and deliver outcomes. Own a portfolio of strategic partnerships as businesses: set direction, prioritize opportunities, and drive outcomes aligned with OpenAI’s product and company goals. Contribute to multi-year expansion strategies and joint plans that connect product roadmaps, commercial opportunities, go-to-market motions, and measurable outcomes. Support complex deal execution and commercial negotiations from partner evaluation through product integration, launch, expansion, and renewal. About the Team OpenAI’s Finance and Revenue Operations organization builds the commercial infrastructure that enables the business to scale with speed, discipline, and financial integrity. Within Revenue Operations, Deal Desk partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Legal, Technical Revenue, Finance, Billing, Order Management, and GTM Systems to turn complex commercial opportunities into executable, scalable transactions. About the Role We are hiring a Strategic Deals & Commercial Architecture Lead — Marketplaces & Partnerships to own the commercial architecture, execution, and governance layer for marketplace-enabled and partner-led transactions. This senior individual-contributor role is for someone who combines enterprise deal judgment, marketplace fluency, analytical rigor, and a builder mindset. You will take shaped opportunities from intake through approval and launch readiness, translating first-of-kind structures into clear economics, executable terms, quote-to-cash requirements, controls, and operating mechanisms. You will partner closely with teams that own business development and partner relationships; this role does not own partner sourcing, pipeline generation, or sales closing. You will support the commercial requirements for onboarding and integration without owning technical delivery. Success is measured both by the decisions and deals you enable and by the durable policies, systems, and controls you leave behind. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of three office days per week and offer relocation assistance. In This Role, You Will Lead the commercial architecture and execution of complex marketplace-enabled and partner-led enterprise transactions from intake through approval, contracting, launch readiness, and operational handoff. Structure private offers, pricing, fees, incentives, commitments, revenue share, credits, renewals, amendments, and other non-standard or multi-party terms

We are a small team working on opportunities that rarely arrive with a playbook. We set the strategy, make the tradeoffs, and stay close to execution through launch and scale. About the role We’re hiring a Strategic Partner Manager to own and drive the expansion of a portfolio of OpenAI’s most strategic platform partnerships. You will treat each partnership as a business: set the expansion thesis, align joint product roadmaps, structure commercial opportunities, and translate shared ambition into measurable adoption, usage, revenue, distribution, and product impact. This is a senior individual-contributor role with full-lifecycle ownership—from strategy and negotiation through integration, launch, performance, expansion, and renewal. It is a 0-to-1 builder role, not a coordination role. You will create clarity where the operating model is still emerging, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and step into the details required to move the work forward. The right person can move fluidly between a multi-year partnership strategy and the immediate product, commercial, or operating blocker in front of the team. You will build trusted relationships at the executive and working levels while representing OpenAI’s priorities with clarity and thoughtful pushback. What success looks like Each priority partner has a clear expansion thesis, joint roadmap, governance model, and measurable outcomes. High-priority product integrations and go-to-market initiatives launch with clear ownership, strong readiness, and fewer unresolved dependencies. Partnerships show measurable growth across the outcomes that matter for t
