We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team. You will be the technical authority embedded with our most complex customers, guiding them through deployment, architecture, onboarding, and the adoption of agentic development workflows. You bring deep hands-on experience from prior roles and use that depth to advise, design repeatable patterns, and drive customer outcomes end to end. You operate autonomously, own the technical success of your customers, and bring their experience back to shape how Coder builds and delivers. This is not an execution-only role. You are equally comfortable doing deep technical work with a customer and stepping back to design the repeatable pattern behind it. You are energized by ambiguity, motivated by customer outcomes, and capable of influencing organizational change alongside the technical work. This position is required to sit in the Eastern Time Zone. What You'll Do Serve as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers, guiding deployment architecture, environment design, and adoption of Coder across both human and AI development workflows Own onboarding engagements end to end, ensuring customers move from contract to productive adoption with speed and confidence Lead Get Well engagements where architecture decisions, rollout patterns, or organizational dynamics are limiting customer health or growth Help customers implement the technical and organizational changes required to adopt agentic development practices at scale Design and document repeatable delivery patterns across onboarding, architecture, and adoption that can scale across customer segments Design and recommend reference architectures tailored to each customer's cloud environment, security posture, and organizational constraints Translate customer environment complexity into clear guidance on networking, ingress, identity, and infrastructure patterns Anticipate technical and operational risks, escalate to the right

Senior Software Engineer - Analytics Compute Platform Team About the Role & Team Every chart, insight, and experiment result a customer sees in Amplitude passes through the compute layer that this team owns. Our team sits between Amplitude's front-end analytics products/ rest APIs/ MCPs and Nova, our proprietary analytics database, and owns the compute API that translates a user's question into a fast, correct answer. Our mandate: enable a highly performant, reliable, and flexible way to compute insights. Those three goals are often in tension the more flexible we make the system, the harder it is to keep it fast and simple, and a lot of the interesting engineering work on this team lives in that tradeoff. Day to day, you'll work closely with engineers on data management, marketing analytics, Session Replay, Experiment, CDP, Query, and various product teams, since they're all consumers of what we build. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will Design and build core parts of the query/compute engine that powers analysis across Amplitude's product suite Evolve the compute API and semantic layer that other engineering teams build features on top of, so that it can support a more generic table Help unify and evolve our core data model, including how non-event data (profile properties, lookup tables, etc.) is represented alongside event data Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of query planning and execution on the Amplitude query engine Partner with teams across Session Replay, Experiment, CDP, Query, and frontend to understand their needs and shape the compute layer around them Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from design through rollout You'll be a great addition to the team if you have Strong backend or distributed-systems engineering experience, ideally touching OLAP databases, query engines, or data infrastructure Experience with SQL, query planning/execution, or building APIs that many other engineering teams depend on Comfort reasoning

About the Role We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help advance Amplitude's AI products and the foundations they're built on. As AI reshapes how customers analyze data, build products, and act on insights, we need engineers who can move fluidly between deep technical work and product judgment, shipping AI capabilities that customers and internal teams actually rely on. This role is both visionary and hands-on. You'll identify where AI creates the most leverage, build the systems that deliver it, and establish the patterns that let the rest of the company build faster on top of your work. You'll contribute to customer-facing AI products, the platform infrastructure beneath them, and the internal tooling that helps Amplitude operate as an AI-native company. What You'll Do Ship high-impact AI features and products that change how customers and internal teams work, from agentic workflows to embedded intelligence across the Amplitude platform Design and build the foundational infrastructure behind Amplitude's AI systems: orchestration, evaluation, retrieval, context management, and integrations with the broader product ecosystem Identify high-leverage opportunities by deeply understanding user workflows, customer pain points, and emerging capabilities in the AI ecosystem Establish reusable patterns, primitives, and components that enable other engineers to build AI features confidently and consistently Drive adoption and quality through close collaboration with product, design, and customer-facing teams, with a relentless focus on real usage and measurable outcomes Set technical direction for AI systems at Amplitude, making thoughtful build vs. buy calls, shaping evaluation strategy, and influencing the long-term roadmap Who You Are You're a highly capable engineer with a strong track record of shipping AI-powered systems that people actually use. Senior Product Engineer At Amplitude, we’re building the operating system for digital products. While we’re known as the leader in product analytics, our Statsig team is redefining how companies learn, iterate, and ship better experiences. Mutiny

What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity Most design hires inherit a system. You'll build it. As a founding designer, you'll partner with the founders and engineering to define how Mutiny looks, feels, and behaves, from the first interaction with the creative agent to the final published asset. They have high standards and strong opinions and you'll hear from them constantly. The patterns you set become the shared language for what AI-native GTM software feels like.
