AI agents are transforming the way developers interact with software - and databases are no exception. We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI Interfaces team within AI Builder Experience (ABX), where you'll provide technical direction, shape architecture, and build the core products that make it seamless for developers and AI agents to work with MongoDB. AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and n8n are quickly becoming the default way developers build with AI — and MongoDB wants to be the data platform that shows up everywhere they build. As part of the AI Builders Experience (ABX) org, we're standing up a brand new engineering team in Gurugram to make that happen, and we're looking for Senior Software Engineers to be among its founding members. The team owns the connective layer between MongoDB and third-party AI frameworks, platforms, and tools — the integrations that let developers use MongoDB effectively with the AI stack they've already chosen. That means shipping into some of the fastest-moving open-source ecosystems in tech, working mostly in Python and TypeScript, and partnering with the Database Experience (DBX) org when an integration needs new driver, platform, or product capability underneath it. This is a self-sufficient team by design. You and your engineering manager will be based in Gurugram, and the group is set up to own its area end to end: to decide how integrations get built, tested, released, and maintained, without waiting on another time zone to unblock the day-to-day. You'll work closest with the engineers sitting next to you, pairing on hard problems, reviewing each other's code, and dividing up a broad portfolio, while collaborating with product, partners, field teams, and open source maintainers as the work requires. You'll integrate with fast-moving, often unproven technologies, make pragmatic calls in the face of ambiguity, and own high-visibility projects with minimal guidance. Priorities can shift week to week based on framework changes, customer demand, and partner needs, so we're looking for product-minded engineers who thrive on autonomy and take pride in shipping. Much of your work will happen in public: sending pull requests to upstream repositories, working through external maintainer review cycles, and representing MongoDB in developer communities. MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to help build and run the operational backbone for how MongoDB integrates its acquisitions, translating each deal thesis into a durable business outcome. As the Senior Manager, M&A Integration, you’ll help ensure acquisitions are integrated successfully and that the value outlined in each deal is realized. You may provide input during diligence to help flag integration risks, and you will lead integration planning and execution from LOI through post-close for assigned deals, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CFO and partnering closely with our Corporate Development team. You'll coordinate across every functional team involved in a deal — Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, IT, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Product & Technology. You and the Chief of Staff together will support the Integration Management Office (IMO): defining workstreams, building the master integration plan, and supporting governance cadence for each deal. This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership of individual deal integrations. You’ll help build out MongoDB’s integration playbook – standard plans, checklists, templates – turning deal-by-deal efforts into more consistent, repeatable practices alongside the Chief of Staff. This role is ideal for someone who has led M&A integration workstreams before and knows how to bring structure to the ambiguity of a newly closed deal. You know how to drive cross-functional execution without formal authority, operate with autonomy within a defined framework, move fluidly between Day 1 planning, synergy tracking, and status reporting, and take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be told what to do. This role may flex across multiple concurrent deals depending on the pace of acquisitions. This role can be based in New York City, Austin, or Palo Alto for our hybrid working model or remotely in the United States. What You'll Do Integration Strategy & Planning Partner wit

The Role MongoDB is building two connected capabilities that determine how we protect and grow our most important customer relationships: a Critical Accounts program that catches at-risk accounts early and drives them to a durable resolution, and a Customer Health Platform, an AI-powered one-stop shop for customer insights, combining health, adoption, engagement, and experience data with proactive risk identification and recommended actions. This role owns both. You will build and lead the Critical Accounts function end to end: the framework, the global operating model, and the executive reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility into the portfolio. You will also set the long-term vision and strategy for the Customer Health Platform: what it scores and alerts on, which teams and use cases it serves next, and how it becomes the one-stop shop for customer insight across the company. You will be accountable for how MongoDB identifies, intervenes on, and learns from customer risk, and for where the Customer Health platform goes next. This is a build role. You are creating the operating rhythm, the standards, and the team structure as much as you are running them. This role can be based out of our US offices or remotely in the United States. What You Will Do Own and Build the Critical Accounts Program Design and iterate on the global Critical Accounts framework: entry/exit criteria, account archetypes, playbooks, health assessment templates, and Get Well Plan standards. Design the central Critical Accounts org structure and hire a lean program management team, establishing this as a durable, well-resourced function within Customer Strategy. This team is the connective tissue that ensures every qualifying account is triaged, resourced, tracked, and ultimately graduated with documented outcomes. Own intake and triage standards so every qualifying nomination is validated, classified, and assigned a process lead and resource plan without delay. Design the pat
