Location: Remote (U.S.) Clearance: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Required with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Salary Range: 110K – 125K LTS is seeking a Senior Security RMF Engineer to join a cybersecurity transformation surge team supporting the VA.gov Platform. This role will serve as the bridge between VA security/RMF requirements and the engineers responsible for implementing those requirements across VA.gov. The Senior Security / RMF Engineer must understand how security controls are implemented in modern cloud infrastructure and software delivery environments and be able to translate control deficiencies, authorization requirements, and security risks into actionable engineering work. This is not intended to be a documentation-only compliance role. This individual will work closely with DevSecOps engineers and the existing VA.gov Platform ATO/security team to assess the current security posture, address gaps in VA.gov's Critical Controls, support ATO/cATO readiness, improve authorization artifacts, and automate evidence and control assessment wherever possible. The PWS specifically describes the desired model as one in which ATO/RMF documentation confirms security rather than defines it, with success measured through risk reduction and security outcomes rather than paperwork completeness. What You’ll Do: Assess VA.gov Platform compliance with the 18 Critical Controls identified by VA and help establish a baseline of current implementation and remaining gaps. Perform security reviews, gap analyses, and risk assessments across VA.gov Platform infrastructure, pipelines, applications, and component systems. Support ongoing ATO and cATO readiness for the VA.gov Platform authorization boundary. Develop, update, and maintain RMF and authorization artifacts, including System Security Plans (SSPs), control narratives, POA&Ms, Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), Privacy Threshold Analyses (PTAs), and supporting evidence. About the Role REMOTE IN INDIA We're looking for a software engineer to build the Kubernetes-native control plane that provisions and runs our GPU inference fleet. You'll design a manifest-driven API where the inference team declares what they need, whether that's a cluster, a model deployment, or a capacity change, and our controllers handle the reconciliation, provider/runtime selection, and lifecycle management underneath, so the inference team never has to know or care which specific serving stack, scheduler, or hardware pool is doing the work. You'll also build the systems that keep the fleet efficient, not just running, including defragmentation and rebalancing logic that consolidates scattered workloads back into contiguous capacity, and scheduling/bin-packing improvements that push GPU utilization up without hurting latency. The core value we're after is decoupling the people building on top of the platform from the operational and runtime complexity underneath, while squeezing more usable capacity out of the same hardware. You'll build the controllers, reconciliation loops, and self-service surface (API/CLI, not tickets) that make that decoupling real, plus the event-driven health, remediation, and utilization systems that keep it running and efficient without a human in the loop. Strong candidates have hands-on experience with Kubernetes controller/CRD patterns, have built or operated a platform API that abstracts multiple backends behind one interface, understand GPU scheduling and capacity efficiency (fragmentation, bin-packing, right-sizing), and think about GPU infrastructure as software to be engineered. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine

Who Are We? Postman is the world’s leading API platform, used by more than 45 million+ developers and 500,000 organizations, including 98% of the Fortune 500. Postman is helping developers and professionals across the globe build the API-first world by simplifying each step of the API lifecycle and streamlining collaboration—enabling users to create better APIs, faster. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and has offices in Boston, New York, Austin, Tokyo, London, and Bangalore - where Postman was founded. Postman is privately held, with funding from Battery Ventures, BOND, Coatue, CRV, Insight Partners, and Nexus Venture Partners. Learn more at postman.com or connect with Postman on X via @getpostman. P.S: We highly recommend reading The "API-First World" graphic novel to understand the bigger picture and our vision at Postman. The Opportunity Postman is now at one of the most consequential inflection points in its history. Enterprises are rapidly shifting from human-driven API workflows to multi-agent systems — where AI agents autonomously discover, call, and collaborate with APIs, tools, CLIs, and each other. Postman already owns the API design, governance, and lifecycle layer for the enterprise; the next frontier is owning the runtime layer for how agents actually interact with all of it . Where Postman today is the API platform for human-first integration , we are building Postman into the agent interface fabric for AI-first integration . That transformation starts with Fabric Gateway — a brand new product, being built from scratch, that will serve as the policy-driven control plane governing how agents connect to APIs, services, and other agents at scale. This is a rare 0-to-1 opportunity inside a company with 40+ million developers already in the ecosystem. About the Team The Fabric Gateway team is building the API gateway for the AI era — one of Postman's most ambitious greenfield infrastructure products. We're a small, high-ownership team wo

Sapience AI Corporation
📍 Seattle• $180K – $190K/yr

Sapience AI is the collective intelligence platform for professional communities. We sit above the CRMs, AMS platforms, and knowledge bases that organizations already run, and we turn the expertise scattered across them into something every member can search, act on, and share. The intelligence a community needs is already inside it. Most organizations just cannot reach it. Knowledge lives in silos, in legacy systems, in the heads of a few experts, and in fragmented records no one can connect. We change that. Our work is grounded in four commitments: technology elevates people and never replaces them, the best expertise is already inside the community, everything is built on trust, and every deployment is purpose-driven for the organization it serves. Let’s achieve more, together. Where this role sits This role owns a product area end to end. Where the product marketer is the market lens, you are the person accountable for what we build, how it works, and whether it ships and succeeds. You lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and applied AI specialists to turn strategy into a product members rely on. You own the roadmap for your area, the decisions inside it, and the outcomes it produces. You work at the center of the product organization, translating a clear point of view into shipped work that moves MINERVA and the COGENT architecture forward through each GR/GA milestone. Why this role exists In an AI market where capabilities can be copied in weeks, the advantage goes to teams that decide well and ship fast. Someone has to hold the point of view, make the calls, and keep a team building the right thing. Collective intelligence is hard product work: reasoning over messy knowledge, earning member trust, and fitting into how communities already operate. It needs an owner who can hold both the ambition and the details. The Senior Product Manager is that owner. You set direction for your area, make the hard prioritization calls, and are accountable fo
