This role sits within our broader Sales Operations organization and serves as a critical business partner to EMEA Sales leadership, helping our field teams move faster, operate with more rigor, and unlock growth. This person will act as the strategic thought partner and operational counterpart to the SVP of EMEA. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Manager, International Indirect Tax Compliance to own and continuously improve our end-to-end international indirect tax compliance process. This role will be responsible for driving timely, accurate compliance; maintaining audit readiness; and building scalable processes that improve visibility, control, and efficiency across the Tax function. You will oversee obligations across VAT, GST, DST, and other indirect tax regimes as OpenAI continues to expand globally. You will partner closely with colleagues across Finance and external service providers to ensure that tax compliance is well-controlled, well-documented, and supported by reliable data and processes.
