MongoDB is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at the highest level, in the Bay Area. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who can go beyond traditional executive support and thrives at the center of a fast-moving organization. The right candidate will not only run a complex executive calendar and travel cadence with excellence, but also manage the intake, routing, and execution of sensitive legal documents - including but not limited to internal governance, banking and compliance materials requiring CLO sign off.
