Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Services Description - Who We Are HP IQ is HP’s new AI innovation lab. Combining startup agility with HP’s global scale, we’re building intelligent technologies that redefine how the world works, creates, and collaborates. We’re assembling a diverse, world-class team—engineers, designers, researchers, and product minds—focused on creating an intelligent ecosystem across HP’s portfolio. Together, we’re developing intuitive, adaptive solutions that spark creativity, boost productivity, and make collaboration seamless. We create breakthrough solutions that make complex tasks feel effortless, teamwork more natural, and ideas more impactful—always with a human-centric mindset. By embedding AI advancements into every HP product and service, we’re expanding what’s possible for individuals, organisations, and the future of work. Join us as we reinvent work, so people everywhere can do their best work. About The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Services, you will create scalable, reliable backend systems that support HP IQ's mission to transform the way people work. We value how we work as much as what we deliver. Our journey of continuous learning and evolution requires a flexible and resilient services platform that fosters innovation, experimentation, and adaptation. To enable this, we focus on designs and tools rooted in strong engineering principles like abstraction, composition, virtualization, automation, and iterative development cycles. What You Might Do Design, develop, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following established best practices. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features. Integ
NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today, we are tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. As an NVIDIAN, you will address challenges spanning architecture, silicon, firmware, software, and production — and excellent judgment matters as much as technical depth! We are the Silicon Power Team within the Silicon Co-Design Group. We architect and deliver groundbreaking solutions for productizing NVIDIA's chips across consumer, professional, server, embedded, mobile, and automotive markets. Silicon characterization, correlation to arch and design expectations, product spec finalization, and productization techniques and infrastructure are our day-to-day work — always on the bleeding edge of the industry. Small decisions here have outsized impact on performance, efficiency, reliability, bring-up speed, and ultimately what the product delivers in the field. We are hiring a Senior Silicon Power Engineer to own power-feature productization on a flagship silicon program. This is not a coordination role, and it is not a compliance role — it is the seat where power features either work at scale or become the reason a program slips. The two highest-leverage problems in this seat: Close the hardest multi-functional power failures before they gate a program. Take ambiguous, cross-boundary issues across architecture, firmware, validation, and platform to root-cause closure — with productized fixes and reusable methodology the next program can inherit. Build AI-enabled characterization as a real capability, not a demo. Every bring-up generates terabytes of characterization, shmoo, and telemetry data. Deploy AI workflows for data analysis, metric extraction, trend detection, and cross-bring-up correlation — with the guardrails and validation discipline to make them trustworthy enough to gate production decisions! <

What you’ll be doing: Program Ownership. Lead multimedia programs from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are met. Manage release checklists, post-release feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and continuously improve program plans; ensure project focus and execution against commitments. Create and maintain metrics that track execution effectiveness and program health. Technical Leadership: Deep dive into product architecture and design; maintain curiosity and technical proficiency. Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize solutions. Stakeholder Management: Communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders, customers at all levels. Build trust and influence across cross-functional teams. Strategic Thinking & Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent delays and cost overruns. Drive RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) and ensure gaps are closed effectively. Communication & Information Management: Deliver precise, tailored information for diverse audiences and higher management. Consume complex data and bring clarity to discussions for actionable outcomes. Complex programs with sign

We are a global team of innovators and pioneers dedicated to shaping the future of observability. At New Relic, we build an intelligent platform that empowers companies to thrive in an AI-first world by giving them unparalleled insight into their complex systems. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we're looking for passionate people to join our mission. If you're ready to help the world's best companies optimize their digital applications, we invite you to explore a career with us! Your opportunity As a Principal Product Designer on the UX Platform team, you will be the most senior individual design voice across the breadth of the UX Platform: the products our engineers and customers rely on every day, and the Design System that ties them together. You will partner closely with our Design Director as a trusted right hand, owning the hardest and most ambiguous problems, setting the quality bar, and helping decisions move so design is never the bottleneck. Two things sit at the center of this role: designing for AI-native experiences, and rethinking how design itself gets done in AI-first workflows. We are fully immersed in both, and this role has a real hand in shaping where they go. We want someone genuinely eager to learn, test, and experiment here, but with the judgment to tell where AI raises the quality of the work and where it just adds noise. The aim is to use AI where it genuinely makes the work better, not to adopt it for its own sake. You are a pragmatic optimist: ambitious about where we could go, honest about the terrain in front of us. You can hold “this is hard and might not work” and “let’s do it anyway, here’s how” in the same breath. You lead through craft and influence rather than authority, you take a vague problem and give it shape, you bring strong opinions but invite better ones, and you raise risks early and honestly. You lift the people around you by example, and the whole team’s work gets sharper because you are on it. What
