MongoDB is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Senior Analyst to join a small, high-impact team working on some of the company’s most important strategic and financial priorities. You will work directly with senior leaders across finance, product, and analytics, including regular exposure to C-suite on high-stakes questions that shape how MongoDB scales. The scope spans strategic planning, business case development for new products, and partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, etc.. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical horsepower, structured thinking, and executive presence who wants meaningful ownership and direct visibility into major business decisions. This role is a hybrid / in-office role, with approximately two to three days per week in our New York City Office.
