About the Role We are looking for a senior program builder to create differentiated executive and enterprise experiences. This role focuses on incubation: developing new experiences, strengthening consequential customer moments, and creating the principles and materials needed for durable ownership. Your initial focus will be helping bring a new flagship, hands-on enterprise customer experience to life in San Francisco, developing new executive and practitioner formats around it, and supporting selected strategic-account interventions where a differentiated approach is needed. This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for a builder who combines customer and commercial judgment with original program design and excellent execution.
