Here at Datadog, we think about offensive security a little bit differently. We embrace automation and AI to run adversary simulations continuously across a massive cloud-native environment, and we expect our offensive engineers to build the tooling that makes that possible. We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer who can execute sophisticated red team operations, write the code that scales them, and take an AI-first approach to offensive security engineering. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Plan and execute red team engagements end-to-end, simulating real-world threat actors across cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and corporate environments Build and maintain custom offensive tooling, automation frameworks, and engagement infrastructure, treating offensive operations as a software engineering problem Develop custom payloads and evasion capabilities tailored to Datadog's environment and modern defensive controls (EDR, SIEM, network monitoring) Improve the efficiency of offensive operations through thoughtful use of automation and AI, accelerating reconnaissance, vulnerability analysis, and reporting workflows Partner with the Detection & Response team on purple team exercises to validate detection logic, improve alert fidelity, and influence threat models Translate offensive findings into concrete improvements by working directly with defensive security and engineering teams to close gaps Who You Are: You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in offensive security (red teaming, penetration testing, or adversary simulation) with a track record of operating against mature, well-defended environments You write production-quality code (Python, Go, or similar), can build your own tools, and automate your w

About Datadog: We're on a mission to build the best platform in the world for engineers to understand and scale their systems, applications, and teams. We operate at high scale—trillions of data points per day—providing always-on alerting, metrics visualization, logs, and application tracing for tens of thousands of companies. Our engineering culture values pragmatism, honesty, and simplicity to solve hard problems the right way. The Opportunity: Datadog’s Senior Staff Engineers are technical leaders operating at the forefront of large-scale systems design, building the infrastructure that will support our next five years of growth and beyond. They do this in three major ways: As individual contributors, they bring world-class technical depth to build industry-leading systems in areas such as observability data platforms, distributed query engines, and real-time event streaming at global scale. As technical leaders, they apply broad architectural perspective and deep systems thinking to align design decisions across teams and domains. They work across complex, multi-team problem spaces to define long-term technical direction, drive large-scale initiatives forward, and ensure consistent execution. As engineering stewards, they play a key role in evolving our systems and engineering culture. They actively participate in Datadog’s senior technical community, bringing external insights and internal experience to elevate engineering standards and mentor the next generation of technical leaders. Examples of projects a Senior Staff Engineer may lead include designing and launching a new distributed data storage engine capable of handling hundreds of millions of records per second, building the real-time infrastructure behind a new observability product, or re-architecting a core service to support exponential growth in throughput and complexity. What You’ll Do: Be the technical owner of multiple critical systems or architecture areas, often spanning several t

The Behavior AI team builds the AI-based anomaly detection behind Datadog's security products. Our models learn what normal looks like across the billions of logs, events, and telemetry records flowing through the platform every second, and they flag the behavior that does not fit, on every record, in real time, at a cost that makes sense at our scale. What we build does not ship to a single feature. The same models power detection across many of Datadog's security products at once, so the work has impact well beyond any one team. Large general-purpose models are too slow and too expensive to run in that path, so we take the opposite approach: small, custom models, designed for high-throughput stream processing and optimized to run cheaply on every record. We are hiring a Senior Applied Scientist to build these models from start to finish. You will contribute to designing the architecture, training at scale, and the optimization work that takes a model from training to running efficiently on production traffic. This optimization requires a deep understanding of the constraints imposed by both the software and the hardware, together with the applied mathematics to work within them: often it comes down to finding a mathematical reformulation that fits those constraints better, and that judgment can decide whether a model reaches production at all. The work involves a number of open questions. How do you obtain most of the quality of a large model from one that is far smaller and cheap enough to run on the full stream? Where is it worth trading exactness for speed, and how do you reason about the error you accept? How do you make a small model's outputs clear enough that the detection engineers and analysts who rely on it can trust what it reports? If these are the problems you want to work on, we would like to hear from you. Today, organizations struggle to ensure their most important digital experiences are working as intended because observability data is scattered across products and siloed in logical layers of their technical stack. We're building the system that fixes this: Journey Monitoring, a single centralized hub that brings together Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetics, and Product Analytics to bridge the gap between system health and user success. You'd be building a product that establishes a new functional observability layer, enabling teams to auto-discover journeys, track conversions and uptime side-by-side, and trace root causes across their full stack without cross-team handoffs. What you'll do: Drive the product vision and roadmap spanning the Journey Monitoring hub, including the journey map, details reports, automatically inferred journeys, and cross-product data federation. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other PMs across the Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) products. Deeply understand the needs of distinct key personas: SREs and engineers (who monitor uptime and troubleshoot technical performance), product managers (who track conversion and investigate behavioral drop-offs), and business leaders (who care about outcomes and revenue impact). Design the functional observability layer that makes end-to-end flow monitoring intuitive — including the auto-discovery of user journeys from real traffic, Experience Level Objectives (XLOs), and seamless Bits AI integrations for automated root-cause investigations. Define how behavioral data and technical data come together to automatically surface whether a drop in conversion is caused by a technical failure (like a breached SLO) or a behavioral friction point. Engage directly with early customers and internal dogfooding users to iterate on usability, refine the journey map, and optimize the cross-sell and up-sell paths for

We're building a new product team in India to help shape how customers build, deploy, and operate AI applications on MongoDB. This is an early hire on a growing team—you'll join while the team is still taking shape, with the opportunity to have real impact from the start. You'll report to a Director of Product Management based in Europe, working async-first with partners across India, EMEA, and North America. The engineering team in India is being built in parallel, so you'll be working closely with engineers from the early days of the team. We are looking to speak to candidates based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. What you'll own You'll be the end-to-end owner for a core area of our AI application platform—from discovery and vision through roadmap, delivery, and iteration. This is a senior individual contributor role where you lead through ownership, expertise, and cross-functional influence. Day to day, that means: Defining product strategy and roadmap for your area, aligned with MongoDB's broader AI strategy and business goals Talking to customers — from AI-native startups to large enterprises — to understand how they build and deploy AI applications, where they struggle, and what MongoDB should do about it Writing clear product narratives, memos, and specs that align stakeholders, clarify trade-offs, to guide conversations with engineering, design, product marketing, etc Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders—including Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Partners, Sales, and Developer Relations—to scope, prioritize, and ship, balancing experimentation with reliability and scale, and driving positioning, launches, and enablement Identifying new opportunities autonomously—spotting gaps, shaping problem spaces, researching industry trends and running discovery sessions with customers Define and own clear success metrics for your area and use them to prioritize, make trade-offs and communicate impact You'll develop deep expertise in how compani

The Role MongoDB is building two connected capabilities that determine how we protect and grow our most important customer relationships: a Critical Accounts program that catches at-risk accounts early and drives them to a durable resolution, and a Customer Health Platform, an AI-powered one-stop shop for customer insights, combining health, adoption, engagement, and experience data with proactive risk identification and recommended actions. This role owns both. You will build and lead the Critical Accounts function end to end: the framework, the global operating model, and the executive reporting that gives leadership real-time visibility into the portfolio. You will also set the long-term vision and strategy for the Customer Health Platform: what it scores and alerts on, which teams and use cases it serves next, and how it becomes the one-stop shop for customer insight across the company. You will be accountable for how MongoDB identifies, intervenes on, and learns from customer risk, and for where the Customer Health platform goes next. This is a build role. You are creating the operating rhythm, the standards, and the team structure as much as you are running them. This role can be based out of our US offices or remotely in the United States. What You Will Do Own and Build the Critical Accounts Program Design and iterate on the global Critical Accounts framework: entry/exit criteria, account archetypes, playbooks, health assessment templates, and Get Well Plan standards. Design the central Critical Accounts org structure and hire a lean program management team, establishing this as a durable, well-resourced function within Customer Strategy. This team is the connective tissue that ensures every qualifying account is triaged, resourced, tracked, and ultimately graduated with documented outcomes. Own intake and triage standards so every qualifying nomination is validated, classified, and assigned a process lead and resource plan without delay. Design the pat
