As a Manager, Public Policy and US State Strategy, you will report to the Senior Director of U.S. Public Policy and State Strategy developing an engagement strategy for the U.S. States. You will help build relationships and promote an environment that best positions Roblox for the future across the U.S. and with our partners globally. You will work internally and externally with a mastery of Roblox's policies and philosophies to advocate firstly on behalf of the Roblox community, and also on behalf of our product and engineering teams and its business. The Opportunity We are looking for a Key Account Director to lead growth within a set of Postman’s most important enterprise accounts. This role is part of a new strategic go-to-market motion designed to deepen our engagement with large enterprises, expand our footprint, and deliver the full value of the Postman platform. You will be paired with a pod that includes a Principal Solutions Engineer and a Field CTO, forming a high-caliber account team focused on building long-term, value-based relationships. Together, you’ll engage senior technology leaders, uncover complex challenges, and drive adoption of Postman’s enterprise and platform solutions at scale. This is not a traditional “low-hanging fruit” sales role—this is about strategic account expansion, multi-threaded enterprise engagement, and solution selling. Location: This is a fully remote role. About the Role Our Government Sales team has a unique mission to help the U.S. Intelligence Community understand the transformative impact that highly capable AI models can bring to its most critical missions. This role combines technical understanding, strategic vision, relationship management, and value-driven sales strategy tailored specifically to Intelligence Community customers. You’ll drive key opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation through deployment and expansion. You’ll collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, solution strategists, and cross-functional partners to help Intelligence Community customers advance their missions through AI. This role is based in Washington, D.C. We use a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
