At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem—homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents—onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Within Qualia, you'll join the Payments team. Every real estate closing ends with money changing hands: earnest money deposits, loan funding, mortgage payoffs, seller proceeds, and commissions. Qualia powers a substantial portion of U.S. residential home sales every year, totaling billions of dollars in transaction volume. The Payments team builds the systems that move those funds safely, accurately, and on time. The stakes are high. A single closing often moves hundreds of thousands of dollars between multiple parties on a tight deadline, and real estate wires are a prime target for fraud. Our mission is to make money movement the most trustworthy part of the closing, so title and escrow teams, and the homebuyers they serve, never have to wonder where their funds are. HOW WE WORK Our engineers are entrepreneurial, pragmatic builders who move quickly without cutting corners, and who are as comfortable owning a project end to end as they are collaborating with a team. We ship frequently, as often as multiple times a day, and work directly with design, compliance, and customer-facing teams to build payment experiences our customers depend on. RESPONSIBILITIES Design, build, and maintain systems that process ACH and wire transfers at scale (billions of dollars annually), including origination, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling Build and harden payment-processing pipeli

Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. About the Role We're transforming how healthcare practices interact with Zocdoc, building intelligent systems that understand each practice's needs and guide them toward actions that grow their business. This means personalized homepages, smart recommendations, AI-assisted configuration, and workflows that make Zocdoc essential to daily operations. As Senior Software Engineer, you'll build these systems end-to-end. You'll own features from design through production, work across the stack, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science to ship experiences that matter. What You'll Do Build platform components - including practice profile services, engagement scoring pipelines, recommendation APIs, personalization infrastructure. About the Team: Tubi's Internal Tools team is at the forefront of AI integration, developing everything from developer resources to production-grade AI for business operations. We are the group responsible for turning AI from an experiment into an operating capability: training, infrastructure, developer agents, and AI-powered business systems. Engineers operate with high ownership and autonomy, collaborating on shared architectural decisions and AI infrastructure. What You'll Do: Own systems end to end — design them, build them, and support them in production. Lead the projects you own: sequence the work, decide what lands first, and set technical direction for the engineers working with you. Sit with the people who use what you build, and turn what you learn there into a system. Design the service boundaries, contracts and schema evolution that let our platforms grow without breaking the teams depending on them. Make our AI systems dependable in production: evaluation harnesses, human approval steps before an agent acts, retries that handle a model returning something unexpected, and cost tracking that tells you what a task costs before you run it. Build what other engineers build on — agent skills, tool and MCP integrations, shared libraries — and raise the bar through code review, design discussion and mentoring. Spot the platform work nobody has asked for yet, make the case for it, and build it. Your Background: 5+ years of professional experience building and operating production systems, from design through production ownership. A system you designed and can walk us through end to end — where its boundaries sit, what constrained it, and what you chose against. Strong programming proficiency in a statically typed language such as Rust, Go, C++, Java, Kotlin, C#, or TypeScript. Production Rust is a plus rather than a requirement. You have owned a service in production: you wrote the runbooks, you knew what it cost, and you were the one paged when it broke. Expe
