At Roblox, we’re building the tools and platform that empower our community to bring any experience that they can imagine to life. Our vision is to reimagine the way people come together, from anywhere in the world, and on any device. We’re on a mission to connect a billion people with optimism and civility, and looking for amazing talent to help us get there. A career at Roblox means you’ll be working to shape the future of human interaction, solving unique technical challenges at scale, and helping to create safer, more civil shared experiences for everyone. As a Senior Security Software Engineer on the IAM team at Roblox, you'll build the next generation of identity and access management — defining how both humans and AI agents get identity, authenticate, and receive access to Roblox's production infrastructure. As AI agents become first-class actors in our systems, you'll design the tooling and policy that governs what they can do, how they prove who they are, and how we keep that access safe at scale. You'll also continue to evolve our workload authentication, privileged access management, and secure "golden path" for developers. Your work will directly shape the security posture of our entire production environment and set the standard for agentic IAM across the industry. You will: Design Identity and Access for AI Agents: You will define how AI agents get credentials, receive scoped permissions, and have their sessions managed throughout their lifecycle — pioneering the patterns for agentic identity in production. Engineer Hybrid Production IAM at Scale: You will design and implement scalable IAM solutions for Roblox's hybrid production environment, spanning on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient access for hum

Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! About the Role We're seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer to build and maintain the automation infrastructure that powers the development cycles of our North platform. This engineer will design and implement robust automation systems that enable engineers to efficiently test and validate changes across diverse environments and configurations. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure and standards. You'll build the systems, frameworks, and culture that allow the rest of engineering to own quality themselves; improving and extending our testing platform by creating the infrastructure that allows engineers to write and execute tests, and enable every engineering team to ship with more confidence. Key Responsibilities Design and implement automation pipelines that support comprehensive testing across multiple environments with varying feature flags and realistic customer data profiles Create intelligent testing agents that simulate real user behavior to validate different configuration combinations Develop and maintain GitHub workflows and actions to automate testing, deployment, and validation processes Manage and optimize H
About the Role REMOTE IN INDIA We're looking for a software engineer to build the Kubernetes-native control plane that provisions and runs our GPU inference fleet. You'll design a manifest-driven API where the inference team declares what they need, whether that's a cluster, a model deployment, or a capacity change, and our controllers handle the reconciliation, provider/runtime selection, and lifecycle management underneath, so the inference team never has to know or care which specific serving stack, scheduler, or hardware pool is doing the work. You'll also build the systems that keep the fleet efficient, not just running, including defragmentation and rebalancing logic that consolidates scattered workloads back into contiguous capacity, and scheduling/bin-packing improvements that push GPU utilization up without hurting latency. The core value we're after is decoupling the people building on top of the platform from the operational and runtime complexity underneath, while squeezing more usable capacity out of the same hardware. You'll build the controllers, reconciliation loops, and self-service surface (API/CLI, not tickets) that make that decoupling real, plus the event-driven health, remediation, and utilization systems that keep it running and efficient without a human in the loop. Strong candidates have hands-on experience with Kubernetes controller/CRD patterns, have built or operated a platform API that abstracts multiple backends behind one interface, understand GPU scheduling and capacity efficiency (fragmentation, bin-packing, right-sizing), and think about GPU infrastructure as software to be engineered. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine

We are investing in agentic AI and need a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of these systems. This is a foundational hire: you will own both the agent-facing workstreams — pipelines, orchestration, conversational interfaces — and the underlying context layer that makes them reliable, including memory management, knowledge graph integration, and retrieval infrastructure. You will work closely with data engineers, project leads, and client stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping how Lynx builds and ships AI solutions at scale. What This Involves: Lead the architecture and delivery of agentic AI systems end-to-end: agents, orchestration, tool use, and multi-step reasoning workflows. Own the context layer: design and implement memory architectures (episodic, semantic, working memory) and integrate GraphRAG and knowledge graph retrieval into agentic pipelines. Build robust RAG systems — including vector retrieval, graph traversal, and hybrid search — and ensure retrieval quality through evaluation frameworks. Translate client requirements into technical designs, presenting approaches and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Define standards and reusable patterns for agentic AI development that other engineers at Lynx can build on. Set up observability, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines to ensure AI systems perform correctly in production. Requirements: 5–8 years of software or ML engineering experience, with at least 2–3 years building LLM-based or agentic AI systems in production. Deep hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Strong understanding of agent design patterns: ReAct, planning loops, tool use, multi-agent coordination, and memory architectures. Practical experience with GraphRAG or knowledge graph-based retrieval (e.g., Neo4j, Microsoft GraphRAG) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, etc.). Proficiency in
