About Snorkel At Snorkel, we believe meaningful AI doesn’t start with the model, it starts with the data. We’re on a mission to help enterprises transform expert knowledge into specialized AI at scale. The AI landscape has gone through incredible changes since 2015, when Snorkel started as a research project in the Stanford AI Lab, to the generative AI breakthroughs of today. But one thing has remained constant: the data you use to build AI is the key to achieving differentiation, high performance, and production-ready systems. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations to empower scientists, engineers, financial experts, product creators, journalists, and more to build custom AI with their data faster than ever before. Excited to help us redefine how AI is built? Apply to be the newest Snorkeler! In September 2026 we raised a $350 million Series E at a $3.5 billion valuation , and we are scaling our engineering and research teams to meet demand. The role Frontier AI data is expensive to make and hard to measure. Every task we deliver is tested against the strongest models, often through many long-running agent rollouts. Your job is to make that process faster, cheaper, and more rigorous with ML and AI You will be one of the early members of ML & Research Engineering at Snorkel. You will study how frontier-grade data is generated and evaluated, form hypotheses, validate them against real production data, and ship the winners at scale. You will shape the discipline's direction, its standards, and the team that grows around it. What you'll work on Efficient agentic evals. Cut the cost of long-horizon agent evaluation with adaptive sampling, statistically grounded early stopping, model cascades, caching, and cheap-first gating. AI model routing. Route every eval and judge call to the cheapest model that clears the quality bar, with fallback, monitoring, and cost attribution. Fine-tuned small models. Fine-tune and serve open-weight models (LoRA and other
The Opportunity This is an exciting time at Enigma. We’re on the cusp of releasing our next generation of small business intelligence products built on years of learnings in the space. We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Entity Resolution team and help shape the trajectory of these products. Your work will directly impact the accuracy, scalability, and predictive capabilities of our data platform, influencing key business decisions for our customers. The Role Data is at the core of Enigma’s product, which makes data science the beating heart of what we ship. As a Data Scientist on the Entity Resolution Team, you will work in a cross-functional team alongside other data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will own problems end to end–from raw source data, through models and scalable pipelines, to the customer interface. Your impact will be measured by the contributions you make with your team to improve the accuracy of our data and the value of our product to our customers. What You’ll Do Translate customer goals into working solutions, using large-scale data transformation, sound statistics, and high-quality code. Most of our work is in Databricks (both Spark SQL + PySpark), supported by statistical tooling, and by ML/AI where the problem calls for it. Set a high standard for rigorous analysis and model development, grounded in sound statistical practice, so that results are high-quality and reproducible. Treat data as a reflection of the real world, and develop repeatable strategies for validating results against ground truth. Develop techniques to detect gaps in our data, find the source, and close them in a way that improves the product. Apply a data-focused, first-principles approach to problem solving. We value people who bias toward simple and elegant solutions, but who can implement state-of-the-art models and techniques when the problem requires it What Makes This Role Exciting? Technical challenge : Enigma
About the Role REMOTE IN INDIA We're looking for a software engineer to build the Kubernetes-native control plane that provisions and runs our GPU inference fleet. You'll design a manifest-driven API where the inference team declares what they need, whether that's a cluster, a model deployment, or a capacity change, and our controllers handle the reconciliation, provider/runtime selection, and lifecycle management underneath, so the inference team never has to know or care which specific serving stack, scheduler, or hardware pool is doing the work. You'll also build the systems that keep the fleet efficient, not just running, including defragmentation and rebalancing logic that consolidates scattered workloads back into contiguous capacity, and scheduling/bin-packing improvements that push GPU utilization up without hurting latency. The core value we're after is decoupling the people building on top of the platform from the operational and runtime complexity underneath, while squeezing more usable capacity out of the same hardware. You'll build the controllers, reconciliation loops, and self-service surface (API/CLI, not tickets) that make that decoupling real, plus the event-driven health, remediation, and utilization systems that keep it running and efficient without a human in the loop. Strong candidates have hands-on experience with Kubernetes controller/CRD patterns, have built or operated a platform API that abstracts multiple backends behind one interface, understand GPU scheduling and capacity efficiency (fragmentation, bin-packing, right-sizing), and think about GPU infrastructure as software to be engineered. A product mindset - you've built internal platforms or APIs consumed by other engineering teams and care about the developer experience of what you ship. You build it, you own it. You are not only responsible for delivering the software but also for operating and supporting it in production. Responsibilities Build the provisioning state machine
Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. Location: Europe remote or London hybrid The role: We're looking for a Staff (L6) Product Designer to lead design for Synthesia's AI-native product surfaces: the experiences where employees learn through conversation, companies localise content at scale, and AI becomes a direct participant in how work gets done - not just a tool behind the scenes. This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users. You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar. In practice, this role is about solving AI-native design problems, for example: Designing real-time, conversational avatar experiences that feel engaging and natural - not robotic or gimmicky - for employees learning and practising skills at work. Creating interaction patterns for AI-driven workflows that give users the right amount of control, transparency, and trust without overwhelming them with complexity. Improving output quality through better structure, guidan
About the Team ChatGPT is a rapidly evolving system: new capabilities ship continuously, product surfaces change quickly, and usage patterns shift week-to-week. Supporting that pace requires infrastructure that can handle real production constraints—high concurrency, unpredictable traffic patterns, complex dependency graphs, and frequent change. The ChatGPT Infrastructure team builds and operates the platforms that enable fast iteration without compromising performance or reliability. We design shared systems, data paths, rollout mechanisms, and reliability guardrails that teams rely on to ship changes to ChatGPT at scale. We focus on high-leverage infrastructure: primitives and “golden paths” that incorporate operational lessons as defaults, so engineers don’t need to rediscover failure modes, latency pitfalls, or integration issues each time they build something new. About the Role We’re hiring Senior and Staff Engineers to design and build infrastructure systems that underlie ChatGPT and multiply the effectiveness of teams building user experiences. This is not a support-only role. It’s a platform-building role: you’ll define interfaces, develop core abstractions, and create tooling to make safe, fast iteration the norm. Your work will reduce friction, prevent regressions, improve performance, and ensure systems scale gracefully as the product grows. Where You Can Have Impact You might work on one or more of the following areas (without being restricted to any single area): Platform foundations & frameworks: Core libraries, service frameworks, and shared components that standardize system building, integration, and evolution. Scalability & performance primitives: Patterns and infrastructure that reduce tail latency, improve throughput, and keep costs predictable as demand increases. Reliability guardrails: Mechanisms that prevent outages by design—rate limiting, load shedding, dependency isolation, backpressure, safe fallbacks, and robust regression contr
