At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. There is only one Data Cloud. Snowflake’s founders started from scratch and designed a data platform built for the cloud that is effective, affordable, and accessible to all data users. But it didn’t stop there. They engineered Snowflake to power the Data Cloud, where thousands of organizations unlock the value of their data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. This is our vision: a world with endless insights to tackle the challenges and opportunities of today and reveal the possibilities of tomorrow. Snowflake started with a clear vision: develop a cloud data platform that is effective, affordable, and accessible to all data users. Snowflake developed an innovative new product with a built-for-the-cloud architecture that combines the power of data warehousing, the flexibility of big data platforms, and the elasticity of the cloud at a fraction of the cost of traditional solutions. We are now a global, world-class organization with offices in more than a dozen countries and serving many more. WHAT YOU NEED: You break things, and you want to break them anywhere, in any cloud - and you have solid 5+ years of experience doing that. You find and exploit bugs in: Java, typescript, JavaScript, Go, Python or C++ Kubernetes, AWS, Azure or GCP Cloud Native Syste

The Opportunity This is a critical and exciting time at Enigma. Our customers consistently tell us that our data products create tremendous value and are deeply aligned with their most important workflows. As demand grows, we have an urgent opportunity to improve both the intelligence of our data and the systems through which customers access it. We are looking for an experienced Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer to join our Match Team and help shape the next generation of Enigma’s customer-facing data products. In this role, you will combine advanced statistical and machine learning research with the engineering systems required to power fast, relevant, and reliable search experiences at scale. Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role Synthesia ships more product, faster, than we ever have. AI has collapsed the cost of building which means the hard part is no longer making things, it’s making sure people actually adopt them. That’s the job of Growth, and we’re changing how we do it: instead of bolting Growth on after launch to optimise, we’re embedding a Growth PM into every core bet from day one, so how a product acquires, activates and scales is designed in from the first cycle. We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to report to our VP of Growth. You'll own the Growth surface for one of those bets while helping build a growth-led way of working across the company. What you’ll be doing Own Growth for a core product area end to end, acquisition, activation, adoption and retention, baked into the roadmap from the start, not retrofitted. Partner closely with the core product PMs and engineers who own the surface, bringing high-impact growth ideas and working out where they fit, and getting the primitives exposed that let you build and scale on top. Design growth into the product itself: discovery-led acquisition loops, and experiences that get users to their job-to-be-done in a couple of clicks (sometimes without opening the edit

Synthesia is moving from a single product to a multi-product platform, and research is about to become one of the pillars that determines whether we get that transition right. You'd be joining as our first full-time UX researcher, working directly with product, design, and engineering on the bets that will define what Synthesia looks like over the next few years, including a new real-time, agentic product where we're figuring out an entirely new modality as we build it. This is a Senior IC role. You'll own research end-to-end and shape how the function itself takes form. Why now We've validated the appetite for research. Persona and jobs mapping shaped the first version of our newest product, and there's a strong pull from PMs, designers, and leadership for more. What we don't have yet is a full-time researcher who can operate across the whole product portfolio. The next six months contain some of the highest-stakes decisions we'll make: how the assistant experience should evolve, what drives adoption of the new product, and how we activate users in their earliest moments. Research should be shaping the direction on all three. What you'll be doing Running a combination of strategic and tactical qualitative resea

Who are we? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! Why This Role Is Different This is not a typical “Applied Scientist” or “ML Engineer” role. As a Member of Technical Staff, Applied ML, you will: Work directly with enterprise customers on problems that push LLMs to their limits. You’ll rapidly understand customer domains, design custom LLM solutions, and deliver production-ready models that solve high-value, real-world problems. Train and customize frontier models — not just use APIs. You’ll leverage Cohere’s full stack: CPT, post-training, retrieval + agent integrations, model evaluations, and SOTA modeling techniques. Influence the capabilities of Cohere’s foundation models. Techniques, datasets, evaluations, and insights you develop for customers will directly shape the next generation of Cohere’s frontier models. Operate with an early-startup level of ownership inside a frontier-model company. This role combines the breadth of an early-stage CTO with the infrastructure and scale of a deep-learning lab. Wear multiple hats, set a high technical bar, and define what Applied ML at Cohere becomes. Few roles in the industry combine application, research, customer-facing engineeri
