Datadog is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the evolution of our fleet and lifecycle management capability, the product surface that gives customers visibility into, and control over, the observability software running across their infrastructure. This capability manages the deployment lifecycle for core observability agents and OpenTelemetry collectors running on customer hosts and containers. The Senior PM will expand the scope of fleet capability to additional Datadog software components, making it the single place customers go to see everything running in their environment, at any version, in any deployment model, and to manage it remotely and safely at scale, for both human operators and, increasingly, AI agents acting on their behalf. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role. You'll partner with multiple engineering teams and be responsible for defining and delivering a coherent, unified fleet experience across UI, API, and MCP for customers. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for a unified fleet and lifecycle management capability spanning multiple product lines and deployment models. Define what "managed" means for each new software component as it's brought into fleet, balancing consistency of experience with the realities of each component's operational model. Drive a phased expansion plan, sequencing new components into fleet based on customer value, technical complexity, and dependency readiness. Partner closely with engineering leads across several teams to align on shared architecture principles to support disparate software components. Represent the voice of the customer for a capability that must work equally well for human operators using a UI and for AI

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Plays and Offerings to design the joint go-to-market motions that turn partner relationships into pipeline and revenue. This is a highly cross-functional, strategic role: you’ll build the sales plays and joint offerings themselves, partner with Enablement to get the field and our partners ready to sell them, instrument how they perform, and work with the Programs lead to make sure incentives reward the behavior we want to see. Senior Product Manager, Cluster Scalability Location: Dublin About the Role MongoDB is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own scalability for the Atlas data platform. Atlas is how the world’s most demanding applications run on MongoDB — from real-time gaming and financial transactions to AI workloads with unpredictable traffic patterns. When those applications grow, slow down, spike, or contract, scalability is the layer that decides whether the customer trusts us to keep running their business. This role owns the end-to-end product experience for how customers scale up, scale down, and horizontally scale their Atlas deployments. That includes vertical scaling (instance tier changes), autoscaling, horizontal scaling (sharding and shard key strategy), and the operational workflows around all of them. You will set the strategy, drive execution with engineering, and be accountable for measurable year-over-year improvements in how reliably and predictably customers scale. We care less about whether you’ve worked on databases before and more about whether you’re the kind of PM who can ramp fast on a hard technical domain, form a clear opinion about what needs to happen, and defend that opinion to senior engineers, field partners, and enterprise CTOs, especially when they disagree with you. Database and scaling concepts are teachable. Judgment, conviction, and crispness are not. Responsibilities Set a clear, opinionated vision and strategy for Atlas cluster scalability and translate it into concrete, prioritized bets each release. Own the end-to-end roadmap for vertical scaling, autoscaling, and horizontal scaling, including the operational and observability surfaces customers rely on during scaling events. Make hard prioritization calls, including saying no to things with real customer or leadership support, and own those decisions and their consequences. Build deep technical understandin

Role Overview & Executive Impact Serving as the West Coast anchor for MongoDB's Global VIP Support, this position acts as the “single-threaded DRI” for the technology needs of M3 — the CEO's direct reports — in the US Pacific time zone. You hold end-to-end accountability for their digital journey, from two weeks before Day 1 through daily operations, high-stakes events, global travel, and eventual offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience without handoff friction. The population you support is intentionally scoped and governed by HR and the Office of the CEO, not by IT — this is Phase 1 of a model designed to extend, tier by tier, to SVP+, then VP+, and ultimately the full Senior Leadership Team. The standards, runbooks, and judgment you establish now become the template each later phase reuses. This role prioritizes proactive engagement over traditional ticketing. By monitoring system health and resolving issues before they impact the executive, you act as a protective barrier for critical workflows. You combine high-level IT proficiency with AV expertise to lead high-stakes events and Board meetings, while also empowering the Executive Assistant community through specialized technical training. The way of working behind this role is built on a simple framework: routine diagnostics, health checks, and reporting are handled through automation and intelligent tooling wherever possible, freeing your time for the judgment calls, relationship-building, and in-person moments that actually require a human. Because this framework depends on staying ahead of what's possible, you are expected to stay current on emerging technology and AI trends and proactively evaluate how they can improve the executive support experience. Innovation through AI and automation is fundamental to this model. You will implement intelligent solutions to handle routine diagnostics and triage, eliminating manual toil so that human intervention is reserved for high-impact moments. These automa
