The Probe Shift Equipment Technologist plays a critical hands-on role in enabling Parametric and Functional testing. They ensure reliable operation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement of Probe equipment. This role supports manufacturing excellence by maintaining equipment stability, resolving issues quickly, and driving data-driven improvements during shift operations. Job Description As Package Characterization Lab Manager within Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD), you will lead a high-performing team of shift engineers and technicians delivering package characterization and failure analysis (FA) support for leading-edge technology development in advanced packaging.
