Scale GP is Scale's enterprise Generative AI platform—APIs and infrastructure for knowledge retrieval, inference, evaluation, and intelligent automation. We power mission-critical workflows for leading enterprises, helping teams turn complex data and models into reliable, production-ready AI systems. We're building a new AI Enablement team to create the next generation of agent-powered tools that ground AI in real operational workflows. Our goal: help internal teams demystify their own workflows, then deploy agentic systems that reason over data, take action, and deliver measurable outcomes. We don't build in a vacuum. You'll use our own platform to solve real business problems internally—then selectively commercialize that same stack for customers. What we run on is what we sell. This is a 0→1 team. We're looking for a sharp, product-minded engineer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and loves building systems from scratch alongside customers and cross-functional partners. You'll work closely with product, forward-deployed engineers, data scientists, and applied AI teams to turn real-world problems into scalable production solutions. If you like shipping fast, owning outcomes, and working across the stack—from polished frontends to distributed backends to LLM integrations—this role is for you. MeltPlan | Planning Engine for the Built Environment MeltPlan is building the “planning engine” for the $14 Tn construction industry, an AI system designed specifically to optimize decisions before construction begins. While design software optimizes use and aesthetics and construction software optimizes execution and control, MeltPlan is building the missing layer - software that optimizes decisions and tradeoffs upstream, before scope is locked, procurement begins, and change orders become inevitable. MeltPlan’s long-term goal is to help teams make construction “boring” by making planning more intense: surfacing constraints and tradeoffs early, aligning stakeholders before plans are frozen, and reducing the need for late-stage redlines, rework, and change orders. MeltPlan is founded by operators who have built at scale. Kanav previously co-founded Innovaccer, a $3Bn health-tech company focused on making US healthcare more affordable and accessible. He’s now applying that systems-level thinking to construction. He’s joined by Tanmaya Kala, former Project Executive at DPR Construction, who led large commercial, healthcare, and life sciences projects. We combine deep tech scale with real construction execution. What This Role Really Is Code writing is a commodity. We’re not hiring someone to close tickets. We’re hiring someone who: Is biased toward building Thinks in systems Designs for scale and resilience Reviews architecture, not just PRs Can move fast without creating long-term mess You’ll ship products daily. You’ll also help shape the system so it doesn’t collapse under growth. What You’ll Do Build end-to-end features (DB → API → UI) Design scalable data models and backend architecture Ship clean, production-grade frontend experiences Review and improve system design decisions Work directly with founders on product direction Help define engineering standards as we scale What We’re Looking For Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, databases, performance, system desi

Sixfold
📍 New York• Full-time• $245K – $285K/yr

VP, Product Insurance underwriting runs on human judgment, manual workflows, and knowledge locked in someone's head. It breaks when that person leaves and doesn't scale when the book doubles. Sixfold is building AI agents that understand risk the way a 20-year veteran underwriter does. Not summaries or flags, but systems that make real decisions on billions in premium for some of the world's largest carriers. AI is the product, the workflow, and the moat. If you think in systems, move fluidly from research to pixels, and are energized by designing AI-native experiences where the best practices haven't been written yet — this role was made for you. Who We Are 🏔 Product: Sixfold is the AI brain for underwriting. Our platform handles submissions at scale, assessing risk against appetite, surfacing cited insights, and deploying AI agents to handle research, referrals, and triage so underwriters can focus on building profitable portfolios. 💪 Team: A focused team of insurance operators, AI researchers, and engineers who love hard problems. We've pushed the boundaries of what AI can do with unstructured data — from teaching AI to understand that a bakery in Florida faces different risks than one in Montana, to knowing when a manufacturing company's pivot from toys to medical devices fundamentally changes their risk profile. We ship fast and stay close to customers. 📈 Traction: Processing billions in premium for some of the world's largest carriers. We know AI. We know underwriting. We're building what comes next. About the Role You'll inherit a strong product and a capable team, but that's the starting point, not the job. The job is figuring out what underwriting becomes once AI stops assisting and starts deciding, and getting there faster than the market expects. You prototype to find out, not to perform speed. You're drawn to this problem because the underwriter of the future is one of the more interesting design problems in software right now. In this role, you will:
