You’ll shape the future of a business‑critical platform as the technical lead across both product engineering and cloud infrastructure. You’ll modernize a mature .NET application running on AWS today, while steering its evolution toward a cloud‑native, React/Node.js, AI‑enabled architecture. If you enjoy owning architecture end‑to‑end, from backend and frontend through CI/CD, DevOps, and AWS infrastructure, this role gives you real influence at Staff Engineer level and the opportunity to set engineering standards that others follow. You’ll spend your time leading complex .NET and React features, designing scalable AWS infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, and building automation that makes releases fast, safe, and repeatable. You’ll work on performance, reliability, and modernization in equal measure—fixing what’s slowing the platform down today and designing what it will look like in the next generation. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Lead the architecture and development of enterprise .NET services and APIs that power a business‑critical platform. Design and operate AWS infrastructure (using AWS CDK in TypeScript) to support secure, scalable, multi‑environment deployments. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, Windows build agents) to make shipping .NET and React changes fast and reliable. Drive modernization initiatives across the stack, including clean architecture, refactoring legacy components, and reducing technical debt. Design and tune PostgreSQL and MSSQL database solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability. Mentor engineers and influence engineering practices across teams, raising the bar on cloud, DevOps, and software design. These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview Significant experience (typically 8+ years) delivering and operating scalable enterprise software, owning both application code and cloud infrastructure. About the Team The Storage organization builds and operates the online stateful systems and abstractions that DoorDash Engineering depends on: reliable, efficient, secure, and easy to use. Within Storage, the Distributed Caching team owns every caching offering at DoorDash end to end, including ElastiCache (Redis/Valkey), Boulder (our KVRocks-based key-value store for high-QPS feature serving), Entity Cache (read Bill Shen’s engineering blog post, “ High-Performance Proxy Cache for DoorDash Services ”), and the Distributed Lock Service, plus the smart clients (asgard-redis, valkey-go) that sit in front of them. These systems back critical product surfaces across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo: the team runs roughly 400 ElastiCache clusters serving hundreds of millions of GET requests per second in aggregate, and Boulder, our offline-to-online feature store, serves billions of feature lookups per second at peak. About the Role The team owns provisioning of clusters and the smart clients that sit in front of them, baking in sensible defaults so that other engineering teams get a turnkey caching solution instead of having to run their own. You'll help drive Boulder's evolution to scale further, improve cost efficiency, enhance performance, and support real-time updates; re-platform the Distributed Lock Service onto a strongly consistent backend; and build the self-serve tooling and recommendation engine that let customers describe a workload (QPS, TTL, payload size, latency profile) and get the right backend without talking to a human. You'll go deep on cache invalidation, replication, sharding, compaction, and failover, while shipping the guardrails, automation, and observability that keep this scale operable by a small team. You must be located in San Francisco, Seattle, or the New York Metro Area for this hybrid position. You will report to the Engineering Manager on the Distributed Caching team within the Storage organization. You’re excited about this opportunity b

At Dscout, we’re building the most flexible and powerful UX research platform on the market—trusted by the world’s top brands in finance (JP Morgan Chase, Intuit, Charles Schwab, PayPal), healthcare (Aya, Headspace), consumer goods (Keen, Verizon, Target, Northface), and tech (Google, Amazon, Facebook, Meta, Spotify, AirBnB). Our tools help teams deeply understand the humans behind their products, so they can build better ones. We are expanding our smart and driven team and would love for you to join us. We're looking for an AI Product Manager who brings the full standard PM toolkit — user research, market and competitive analysis, roadmap and strategy, cross-functional delivery, and strong collaboration instincts - and applies it to products where the model underneath doesn't behave the same way twice. You have a real, hands-on feel for what different LLMs are actually good and bad at, and you use that to prototype ideas yourself, sometimes shipping small, production-quality AI features directly. You default to ownership: of the roadmap, of outcomes, of the quality bar that decides whether something's actually ready to ship, and of what an agent should be trusted to do on its own versus when a human needs to stay in the loop. That's because building AI-native products means quality is a distribution, not a pass/fail — a feature can work correctly most of the time and still need a real answer for the failure tail, since the underlying system is non-deterministic, not just complex. What you'll do Lead the roadmap and strategy for your product area, from problem discovery through delivery and post-launch iteration Lead the evaluation bar for the model-powered surfaces you're responsible for: define eval sets, identify failure modes, and know the rollback plan before a change ships Prototype product ideas directly using your own understanding of model strengths and weaknesses, and ship small, production-quality AI features yourself when that's the fastest path to

About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role Sentry's issue platform processes billions of events every day to help millions of developers find and fix bugs. The hard part is deciding which events point to a problem, which belong together, and what a developer needs to know to investigate. As a Senior Software Engineer on the Issue Detection team, you'll design, build, and operate the systems that make those decisions. You'll work on real-time processing pipelines, monitors, and analysis systems that detect problems and turn them into issues. The work combines distributed systems with product engineering. Choices about detection accuracy and processing latency affect which problems developers see and how soon they can act. You'll help shape how developers monitor their applications and how Sentry groups related events into issues. You'll also build the context developers and AI agents need to investigate what went wrong. Keeping these systems reliable and fast as Sentry grows is part of the job, alongside making the issues they produce more useful. In this role you will Build and scale features on a product surface handling billions of events daily, where both query latency and correctness are immediately visible to users. Own the design and delivery of substantial projects end to end, scoping alongside product and design, making the technical calls within your scope, shipping, and instrumenting what you ship so the team can measure it. You will contribute to meaningful technical product decisions : grouping quality, search performance, migrations and backfills against enormous datasets, and making the surface work well for both humans and agents.
