Amplitude is moving fast, from product analytics to an AI-native platform with agents embedded across the product, used by over 4,700 companies. We are looking for a strong design leader with a builder mindset to lead a 15-person design team through the next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role . You manage and grow the team. You also stay in the actual work: elevating quality through feedback, pairing with designers on the hardest UX puzzles, and asking the right questions to unlock the crux of the problem. You'll know every product surface well enough to raise its quality — even if you don't own any single one end-to-end. Designers are embedded in autonomous pods and need to keep shipping fast. Maintaining speed without compromising on coherence and quality is the job. If that tension sounds like an exciting problem to solve rather than a contradiction to complain about, keep reading. What you'll do Build the team. Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing design team, identifying people who will thrive and raise the bar at Amplitude. Develop them through direct, specific feedback. Help someone who's stuck get moving again. Set direction. Drive the design strategy for Amplitude's product suite: Core Amplitude, Statsig, and Wave (a proactive agent that helps teams build self-improving products). Help define how agents and humans work together in the same workflows. Champion craft. Strong visual design builds trust, clarity, and delight in the era of AI. Lead by example, elevating the quality of the product through exceptional design execution. Hold a high bar. AI makes it cheap to ship UI changes, which makes it easy for quality to erode quietly. Set a clear standard for what good looks like and enforce it without becoming an approval bottleneck. Stay in production. You believe that “the design” is what ships. Code is the material that brings the design to life. Push on the details, the papercuts, the edge cases. Speak for the customer. Show up in leadership

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As the People Automation & AI Partner at Vanta, you'll be the hands-on builder embedded in our Recruiting and People teams, designing, shipping, and scaling the workflows, agents, and automations that remove manual work across recruiting and People operations so our team can focus on the work that moves the business. The People team at Vanta is building the infrastructure to hire, develop, and retain world-class talent at scale. We're not just running processes, we're rethinking them. That means bringing in the tooling, AI, and automation capabilities to match the speed and ambition of the company we're building. What you’ll do as a People Automation & AI Partner at Vanta: Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows, automations, apps, and agents (Claude, Claude Code, Dust, Zapier) that eliminate manual lift across Recruiting and People operations Own Dust agent architecture for the People team: build and maintain agents, skills, and connectors that support recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and People partners across pods Take team-generated concepts and one-off ideas and turn them into durable, documented, adopted production workflows Build and maintain automation across the recruiting funnel, sourcing outreach, interview scheduling and coordination, candidate communication, and offer-to-hire handoffs, as a first-class use case for this role Serve as a technical build partner for Ashby-driven workflows, treating the ATS as a primary automation surface alongside Dust an

About the Role We’re looking for an EngProd Engineer to join our Engineering Operations team and own the engineering experience from local setup to production deploy. You’ll build and integrate the tools our engineers rely on every day: local development, code search, testing, code review, CI, AI-assisted workflows, and the metrics that show where time is being lost. You’ll work closely with other engineering teams at Supabase to eliminate friction, optimize cycle times, and make reliably shipping to production effortless. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that engineers love and that empower them to do their best work. About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role The Developer Experience team is growing in San Francisco! This is a hybrid role out of our main headquarters and must be based there. We’re looking for a hands-on builder with strong opinions on great developer docs. Are you someone who loves tinkering with the newest features in your favorite products? Do you enjoy taking the next random JavaScript framework for a spin and figuring out how to make them tick? Does it especially irk you when the code snippets are wrong, or the only docs for a feature are on X? Developer Experience at Sentry lives in the intersection of shipping really cool products and getting developers set up to use them. If you’re someone who is confident in partnering with Product and Engineering to test and ship the latest features, not afraid to jump in and go hands-on to solve problems for our biggest customers, and a good eye for what good docs looks like - this is a dream role. Developer Experience at Sentry is a team of builders who are constantly looking for ways to make it easier for every developer to use Sentry. We engage with the challenges facing technical communities, to support developers, gather feedback, and help our product and engineering teams ship new capabilities. An engineer in this role should be confident to “come with an answer," propose the product solutions, identify the content and/or execution plans and people to partner with, and go execute. In this role you will Attend and even host events and meetups in the developer community Have a point of view and aren’t shy about expressing it. You get your energy from both knowing the latest trends and having a POV on
About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Sentry already has a startup program: credits, partner deals with YC and a16z, a landing page with a terminal theme that developers actually think is cool. What we don't have is someone whose full-time job is making this program a real growth engine. That's this role. You'll own startup marketing end-to-end: the partner ecosystem, the community presence, the acquisition programs, the brand in rooms full of founders and early engineers. You'll take what exists today and turn it into something that makes Sentry the default monitoring choice for every new company shipping code. This role reports to the Head of Enterprise Marketing (yes, we get how this can be confusing, but she’s pretty cool) and works across Growth, Product Marketing, and DevEx. You'll have real autonomy to shape the strategy and build programs from scratch – but you'll also need to execute quickly, (kind of – we can explain more) measure what works, and kill what doesn't. In this role you will Build and scale startup partnerships. Expand relationships with accelerators, incubators, VC platforms, and startup deal aggregators. Make Sentry's credits program a no-brainer inclusion in every startup perks stack. Own the startup acquisition funnel. Design programs that move early-stage companies from free plan → credits program → paid customers → expansion. Instrument everything so we know where the pipeline is and where it leaks. Be Sentry's face in the startup ecosystem. Show up at demo days, founder events, and SF tech week. Build relationships with the people building the next generation of companies. Not because it's a line item, but because you'

Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Shipping great software is only half the battle. Getting it to the right customers, at the right time, in the right way, is where the real complexity lives. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end of the EPD pipeline: the moment a feature is built to the moment it's successfully in customers' hands. This person will define what "good" looks like for product launches at Sentry, building the frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms that make every release more intentional, more coordinated, and more confident than the last. The foundation is there. Features ship. But the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and Sales needs someone who can see the whole system, diagnose what's broken, and build something durable. That's this role. If you're energized by ambiguity, love designing operating models, and want real ownership over a function that touches every team in the company, this is a rare opportunity to define the craft at a company that takes software quality seriously. What You'll Do Define the Launch Standard: Establish what a great product launch looks like at Sentry: the gates, the playbooks, the decision rights, and the rituals. You're not inheriting a fixed process; you're authoring it. Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: Bring intentionality to how Sentry uses early access programs, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts. Make sure the right customers get the right features at the right time, and that we're learning from every rollout. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Readiness: Be the central coordinator who ensures Engineering,

Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the role Sentry provides tools that help developers find and fix issues in their applications. The Developer Infrastructure team owns the systems that make every engineer at Sentry more effective at shipping high quality software: developer environments, CI/CD for our open source and closed source codebases, the golden path for building new services, our SDK and library publishing tooling, and the metrics and dashboards that keep it all healthy. Our goal is straightforward: developers should spend their time thinking about the software they build for customers, not the software they use to build it. That means everything from local and cloud development environments, to the CI/CD pipeline that gets code out safely and quickly, to the tooling that catches flaky tests before they cost someone a day. As AI coding agents become part of how engineers work, we're also investing in making sure our environments, CI, and deployment systems support that shift. As a Software Engineer on Dev Infra, you'll help build and scale this infrastructure end to end. In this role, you will Build and maintain the tooling that powers local and cloud-based developer environments Improve CI for our codebases and CD for our deployment pipeline, keeping both fast and reliable as the org and its infrastructure grow Define and evolve the golden path for building new services and libraries at Sentry Contribute to our SDK and library publishing tooling and release processes Build the metrics, dashboards, and flaky test detection that give the org visibility into deployment health and CI reliability Build tooling that gives engineers, and the AI codin
About the role Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. We're looking for a Product Designer to help build out experiences across Midjourney projects. You'll work closely with design and engineering to design and ship everything from product launches and feature pages to marketing moments and entirely new experiences. This is a hands-on role. We expect you to be as comfortable refining typography and layout as you are shipping a page. If your favorite part of the job is making beautiful things that people actually use, keep reading. You care about the details—typography, layout, motion, responsiveness, loading states, and performance—that make an experience great. Contribute visual assets for marketing. You move fluidly across the full design process, from early concept through final production. You have an instinct for the details that make interfaces feel considered: type, spacing, motion, and how they all work together. You know enough HTML and CSS to work effectively with engineers—or to build parts of the experience yourself. You're comfortable using tools like Claude Code and Cursor as part of your workflow. You'd rather prototype than make a presentation. Work > ego Logistics Full-time. Hybrid in San Francisco or New York. Compensation: $172,572–$195,220 + benefits. To apply A portfolio is required.
