About the Team OpenAI’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance team helps ensure security and privacy are grounded in how our products and systems actually operate. Assurance Operations partners with Security, Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Privacy, and Legal to make controls provable, risk decisions explicit, and audit readiness a result of well-designed systems. About the Role We are hiring a technical, product-minded GRC builder who can own consequential audits while improving the control and evidence systems behind them. You will build a reusable common control framework, use Codex to automate assurance work, validate changing system scope, and turn repeated audit friction into measurable improvements. About the Team Training Runtime designs the core distributed runtime that powers everything from early research experiments to frontier-scale model runs. We work on building robust, scalable, high performance components to support our distributed training workloads. Our priorities are to maximize the productivity of our researchers and our hardware, with the goal of accelerating progress towards AGI. Within Training Runtime, the Process Management team develops the distributed OS responsible for launching, coordinating, and supervising the large numbers of processes that make up modern training workloads. Our runtime sits beneath training frameworks and on top of research infrastructure, ensuring jobs run reliably across massive clusters while maintaining performance, stability, and observability. Success for us is measured by both system reliability and researcher velocity - enabling ideas to scale from experiments to production training runs. About the Role As a Training Runtime: Process Management Engineer , you will work on the software that ties thousands of computers together and exposes them as a unified system. This system has to serve individual researchers running multiple parallel experiments, as well as our largest training runs spanning 100’s of thousands and even millions of machines and accelerators. This requires easy to use, introspectable systems that can promote a fast debugging and development cycle, as well as relentless optimization for scale while maintaining stability and performance throughout. You will work primarily in Rust , building high-performance asynchronous systems with a strong emphasis on performance, correctness, and scalability. Working at this scale and at the frontier of AI development poses novel challenges. Out-of-the-box approaches often don’t work. The problems you will be working on are highly ambiguous and require strong design judgment as well as proficient execution to advance the state of our infrastructure. We’re loo

We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead positioning, messaging, and product adoption across our AI and agentic context solutions. This is a high-impact role for a technical marketer who thinks and acts like a builder. Most AI systems don't fail because the model is bad—they fail because they lack a crucial, contextual foundation. MongoDB owns a piece of nearly every step in that chain. This role requires deep technical expertise across the context stack—including VoyageAI embedding and reranking models, MCP Server, and the coding agent ecosystem (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Codex, etc.)—combined with product marketing instincts to deeply understand the market and translate technical depth into crisp, differentiated messaging for distinct user and buyer personas. The ideal candidate has experience building and shipping AI-enabled products and using developer tools in their day-to-day workflows. Individuals with prior experience in technical sales, developer relations, or software development are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate is a voracious consumer of AI research and pays close attention to shifting patterns in how software and AI applications are built and consumed. This individual is confident in communicating with technical practitioners and non-technical decision makers in one-to-few and one-to-many engagements for internal and external audiences. You will leverage your technical depth to craft clear, compelling, and highly differentiated messaging by working backward from customer requirements. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model. What You’ll Do Drive Strategy & Execution: Act as the strategic owner for MongoDB’s context engineering portfolio—MCP Server, Agent Skills, VoyageAI, and more— aligning roadmap and go-to-market with MongoDB’s long-term business goals, in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Developer Relations, Partn
