Glide
📍 United States• Full-time• $120K – $160K/yr

👋 WELCOME TO GLIDE! At Glide we're reimagining the banking experience for the modern world. Our agentic platform empowers legacy financial institutions, like community banks and credit unions, to deploy specialized agents that help the bank grow its deposit and loan portfolio. In just the last year, we've raised $20M and grown revenue 500%, and we're accelerating. We're looking for our first Talent Engineer to help us hire the people who will carry that mission to thousands of banks. As Glide's first Talent Engineer, you will build the recruiting engine that doubles our team to more than 100 people. Think of it as a hybrid of recruiter and engineer: you'll design and run the software, automations, and data pipelines behind how we hire, so that finding and winning great people becomes a system we can scale instead of a manual grind. You'll decide what to build and what to buy. Some of it is a polished tool worth paying for. Plenty of it is a few lines of Python and an API call you wrote yourself. The instinct for which is which, and a bias toward the leaner, more controllable option, is what we're hiring for. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage company and help create a new standard for how a company hires. What You'll Do: Turn our network into our pipeline: Our best hires will come from people our team and investors already know. You'll build the systems that surface those second and third-degree connections at scale across LinkedIn, GitHub, operator communities, and referral graphs, so warm introductions happen on purpose instead of by luck. Automate sourcing and outreach: Stand up and tune the agents and sequences (Juicebox, Clay, Ashby, and whatever you build yourself) that find, enrich, and reach candidates faster and far more personally than any one person could by hand. Put AI on the first read: Design the LLM-assisted screening that filters for fit before a human spends a minute on it. You own the prompts, the scoring logic, and the quality che

AI has collapsed the work that used to sit between an idea and a working version of it, and for the first time, PMs can be true builders. The PMs who win in this era do not manage the work. They build the product, every day, with their own hands. A Principal Product Manager shapes high level strategy and product direction at the company level. You make the calls on the hardest product questions we face. Where the converged workspace is going, what AI for work actually looks like in three years, which bets matter. You build to show your thinking, not just describe it, and the argument is stronger when you have already put the idea on screen. You pull together data, customer escalations, support trends, and usage patterns and bring clarity on where we are winning and where to push next. About the job Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. We don't think the future should look like yesterday's software. Our design team works across research, engineering, and product to make new capabilities feel intuitive, fun to use, and deeply human. We're looking for a Design Lead to help lead that effort. You'll partner closely with our Chief Design Officer to shape the future of Midjourney's products while building and leading the product design team. This isn't a traditional management role. You’ll spend meaningful time designing, prototyping, reviewing work, and solving difficult product problems alongside your team. Most days you will be helping exceptional designers do the best work of their careers by building with them. If your favorite part of leadership is modeling what good looks like by collaborating and getting your hands dirty with your team, you’ll probably enjoy it here. What you'll do Work closely with the Chief Design Officer to shape the direction of Midjourney's products. Recruit, mentor, and lead the product design team. Stay close to the work by designing key product experiences and helping teams solve their hardest design problems. Partner closely with engineering and research to turn new tech into intuitive product experiences. Establish design reviews and operating rhythms that help the team do its best work. Ensure a coherent experience across Midjourney's growing portfolio of products. You might be a fit if You've spent the last decade designing software people love to use. You've led design teams, but you still want to be in Figma every day. You're as comfortable thinking through product strategy as you are refining a single interaction. You work well with engineers and like building things that don't have established playbooks. You care about craft and iterate

About the role Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. We're looking for a senior product designer who's spent years building software. You'll design core product experiences across web and mobile, working directly with engineers and researchers from the earliest stages of a project through launch. What you'll do Own major product surfaces end-to-end: concept, flows, interaction, visual polish, ship Invent interaction paradigms for things that haven't existed before and make those new paradigms legible and fun Use research, experimentation, analytics, and user feedback to understand what people need and where products can improve. Prototype constantly, in Figma and in code — tools like Claude and Cursor should be part of your workflow Partner directly with engineering and research to refine interactions, iterate quickly, and ship high-quality work. You might be a fit if You've spent the last decade designing software people love to use. You're comfortable moving between interaction design, visual design, and product thinking. You enjoy working closely with engineers. You agree that good work often emerges out of many rounds of iteration. You explore wildly, are always ready to kill your darlings, and rework ideas until something clicks and feels correct. You'd rather prototype than make a presentation. Work > ego Logistics Full-time. Ideally San Francisco or New York, but PST/EST hours ok. Compensation: $200,000–$285,000 + benefits To apply A portfolio is required. About the job Midjourney is an independent research lab exploring new mediums of thought and expanding the imaginative powers of the human species. We are a small, self-funded team focused on design, human infrastructure, and AI. Most of the products we build don't have obvious precedents. We need a QA practice that helps us understand how they'll behave in the real world, identify problems early, and ship with confidence. You'll work closely with product, design, and engineering throughout development, helping teams identify problems early and ship with confidence. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days executing checklists. We expect you to think critically about how products behave, investigate difficult issues, improve how we test software, and go deep on the projects that matter most. If your favorite part of the job is making products noticeably better—and helping everyone around you build with more confidence—you'll probably enjoy it here. What you'll do Partner closely with product, design, and engineering throughout the development process. Stay close to the work by leading testing efforts on our most important product initiatives. Go deep on difficult problems—whether that's investigating a difficult bug, identifying edge cases, improving test coverage, or helping a team understand how a product behaves in the real world. Design thoughtful test plans and identify issues before they reach users. Help improve how we test software through better tooling, automation, and testing practices. Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and verify fixes before release. You might be a fit if You've spent the last several years testing software people actually use. You enjoy understanding how products behave, not just whether they work. You're as comfortable investigating a subtle bug as you are thinking through an entire user flow.
