About the role and Team At Amplitude, millions of developers instrument their products to understand how users behave. The first code they write with Amplitude is almost always through an SDK. That means our SDKs are not just integrations, they are the developer experience of Amplitude itself. We're building a new kind of SDK team: Most companies hire SDK engineers per language. We don't. About The Role & Team Amplitude is only as useful as the data inside it. The Data Connections team owns how that data gets in and out — importing behavioral and customer data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, from cloud object storage like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, and pushing enriched event data back out to warehouses, object storage, streaming destinations, and downstream advertising and marketing platforms. That means batch and streaming pipelines moving billions of events a day, connections that have to keep working across dozens of customer-controlled systems, credentials and configuration that have to stay correct and secure, and latency and reliability targets that customers build their own pipelines on top of. Recent work includes launching new warehouse export destinations, migrating our import pipelines onto a durable workflow engine, building low-latency streaming export, and supporting cross-region and cross-cloud customer storage. You'll lead a team of around 10 engineers building this, reporting to our Head of Data Platform, and you'll be the person accountable for the roadmap, the reliability, and the growth of the people on it. The stack is Java, Temporal, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, DynamoDB, S3, and Snowflake, running on AWS and GCP. Responsibilities Set the direction and roadmap for data import and export, with clear priorities and tradeoffs you can explain to engineers, PMs, and customers Lead, coach, and grow a team of around 10 engineers — hiring, career development, feedback, and performance Partner with your tech leads on architecture across ingestion, transformation, and delivery, without becoming the bottleneck for every decision Own reliability, SLOs, and cost efficiency for pipelines customers depend on daily Expand the set of destinations and sources we support, and make each new integration cheaper to build than the last Work directly with Product, Design, and other Data Platform teams to ship e

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're looking for Engineering Managers to lead engineering teams across Supabase. Teams range from developer-facing surfaces, core backend services, Platform, EngOps, and Databases. This is a single pipeline for engineering management. As we get to know your background, we'll match you to the team where your experience and interests overlap most strongly. The Engineering Manager is a people, delivery, and technical role. Although we don’t expect managers to contribute to code directly, we do expect you to participate in design discussions and to be involved in setting the bar for engineering quality and best practices. This is a new role at Supabase. We've historically optimised for technical excellence on every axis, including leadership. As our engineering org grows, people leadership has become just as critical, and the Engineering Manager role exists to reflect that. You'll be shaping what this role looks like from day one. What You'll Be Responsible For Team & People Build a healthy, high-trust team culture in a remote-first, globally distributed environment. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role Supabase's Partnerships function spans several sub-functions — Integration Partners, Solution Partners, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startups — each of which owns a global strategy for their area. We're looking for a Partner Development Manager, EMEA to give those strategies a real presence in the region. This is a generalist, region-first role covering all partner types . Rather than owning a single function end-to-end, you'll work across all of them — combining new partner development with the activation of partnerships that already exist globally, wherever the region needs it most. You'll join an established global partnerships team, working day-to-day with our function leads and EMEA colleagues and reporting to the Head of Partnerships. You are the connection point between global partner strategy and the commercial, regulatory, and market realities of EMEA. Much of the work happens in person — building senior partner relationships, being present in the market, and capitalising on co-selling and co-marketing opportunities across the region. As regional partner volume grows, we expect the role to evolve and eventually specialise; you'll help shape what that looks like. What You'll Own Regional Partner Development Identify, prioritise, and close new partners across Integration, Solution, Cloud, Marketplace, and Startup motions where EMEA coverage does not yet exist — including smaller regional solution partners and resellers where they open up the market. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're looking for engineers to join the team building Supabase Lite , a lightweight, TypeScript-native implementation of Supabase. It runs interchangeably on SQLite and Postgres and ships a PostgREST and Auth compatible API, so applications written against @supabase/supabase-js work as-is. It exists because AI builders and platform partners need a database they can give to every prototype without the cost or the wait: sub-second provisioning, a footprint small enough to run inside a sandbox, and an upgrade path to full Supabase when an app graduates to production. This is a role with a lot of agency. Small team, working product, patterns still to be set - you'll own large areas end to end and make real decisions from day one. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're hiring experienced performance engineers to find and land performance wins across the Supabase stack — from the query optimiser to block device level, and across the network paths and cloud infrastructure that connect our distributed platform. This is a performance delivery role: real, measured improvements to our database, platform, and APIs as we scale toward enterprise and platform-grade workloads.
