About the Role Snowflake is transforming how enterprise Procure to Pay operates β and we're looking for a senior operations leader to help us execute on that vision. This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. The Commercial Talent Acquisition Manager will design, build and scale Paytm Europe's commercial recruitment capability, with a primary focus on hiring exceptional Field Sales Representatives. CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT Job Purpose The Corporate Development team is responsible for driving the company's long-term growth and strategic evolution. As a Corporate Development , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing inorganic growth opportunities. This includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, strategic alliances, divestitures, and corporate investments. You will act as a key connector between external market opportunities and internal executive leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Market Intelligence Collaborate with senior executives to define and refine the companyβs inorganic growth roadmap.Conduct continuous macroeconomic, industry research to identify emerging trends, market disruptions, and potential targets.
