About The Role & Team The North America Field Marketing team is responsible for driving regional growth by creating marketing strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, East Region , you will own the field marketing strategy across one of Amplitude's most important territories, partnering closely with Sales leadership to identify opportunities, influence regional priorities, and deliver programs that create measurable business impact. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while remaining hands-on in execution. As a Sr. Field Marketing Manager, you will: Be the “CMO” of Amplitude’s East Region - owning the marketing strategy end to end; developing regional programs that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support revenue growth. Partner closely with regional Sales leaders to understand business priorities, identify whitespace opportunities, and build creative marketing plans tailored to the needs of the territory. Develop and execute a mix of first-party events, executive experiences, third-party sponsorships, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives that create meaningful customer engagement. Measure program performance through pipeline, influence, ROI, and engagement metrics, using insights to continuously optimize future investments and regional strategy.
