This position will manage programmes that span the entire Product, Engineering, and UX organisations. Interactions with and presentations to engineering teams, engineering leaders, product leaders, executives, and third-party vendors will be common. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who can bridge communication between technical teams and product-focused groups and leaders. You will work remotely from Bulgaria and will be reporting to the Director, Technical Program and Operations. You Will: Coordinate, monitor, and report on programme status across enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements, ensuring accurate and timely information reaches all relevant stakeholders. Lead project planning and provide structured support to engineering teams, developing schedules, adhering to milestones, and keeping team members aligned and on track across multiple concurrent workstreams. Design and implement scalable processes that support the organisation's rapid growth, applying strong planning and organisational skills to manage complexity across Product, Engineering, and UX.
