About the role SoFi is seeking a Senior Staff, Fraud Strategy Analyst to assess, quantify, and mitigate fraud and operational risk associated with debit card authorization activity across SoFi's card ecosystem. This individual contributor will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, evaluating the effectiveness of risk controls, identifying areas of potential loss or exposure, developing risk mitigation strategies, and partnering across Fraud Strategy, Fraud Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Disputes, Compliance, Risk, and vendor teams. You will focus on debit card authorization risk across account takeover, wallet and tokenized transactions, 3DS, card-not-present, card-present, ATM activity, high-risk merchants, and override treatments.
