Work Status : Remote A Role with Purpose and Impact Dev Technology is supporting the operations, maintenance, and continued enhancement of a mission-essential platform in an environment built primarily on Microsoft Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform Government, and Azure. In this role, you will help configure, extend, troubleshoot, and improve Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities that support case and matter management, reporting, dashboards, approval processes, knowledge management, and day-to-day user needs. You will partner closely with the client development and maintenance teams as well as the inhouse Helpdesk and Government users. This role is designed for a hands-on Microsoft platform specialist who can move comfortably between configuration, development, troubleshooting, customer support, and release planning in a secure federal environment. You will: Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Online and Power Platform capabilities to meet evolving business requirements.
