As a Staff Application Security Engineer at Datadog, you'll set technical direction for how we approach application security at scale. You'll define the frameworks, methodologies, and architectural patterns that engineering teams across Datadog adopt and apply independently. You're the person others come to when they don't know how to make something secure, and you reliably have an answer. You'll be a point of contact for our most complex security programs, often spanning multiple teams and multiple quarters. The role requires both depth (going very deep on specific problems when needed) and breadth (recognizing patterns across systems and drawing connections that others miss). Partnering closely with teams inside and outside the security org is key to success. You'll help shape the AppSec roadmap and make the case for where investment should go. We use our own platform. Logs, Dashboards, Service Catalog, and APM aren't just things we sell: they're tools the AppSec team uses to build security services, measure adoption of secure defaults, and communicate risk across the organization. AI is also part of the picture. Engineering at Datadog increasingly uses agentic tooling throughout the development lifecycle, and many of the products we ship to customers now include AI-powered features. Both create new attack surfaces, and defining our strategy for addressing them is part of this role. If using Datadog to observe Datadog's own security posture, building impactful tooling, and shaping how we secure AI-powered systems sounds like the right kind of problem, this role is worth a close look. What You’ll Do: Define and drive security standards and secure-by-default solutions, serving as the Application Security subject matter expert. Build security tooling and automation that scales security practices across engineering teams, and implement robust security observability to support our threat detection team with meaningful, actionable security signals. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Unistore (Hybrid Tables) is Snowflake's strategic convergence investment—seamlessly combining OLTP and analytical workloads in a single unified database, and one of the company's most strategically differentiated bets. Operating like a startup within Snowflake, you will own revenue goals, define product strategy for the next phase of growth following our recent General Availability (GA) milestones, and coordinate go-to-market as the primary product authority for the area. OLTP-HTAP convergence is a fast-moving, high-stakes space with strong customer demand—making this one of the highest-visibility product leadership roles in the company and a rare opportunity to define the future of transactional and analytical convergence at scale. AS A STAFF PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Drive the Unistore product area end-to-end—including product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market execution. Rally engineering and product leadership around a compelling 2-3 year vision for Unistore, identifying untapped market opportunities for the next frontier of hybrid data. Define and drive clear requirements for data movement, storage lifecycle, reliability, cost, and quality of service. Champion AI-driven workflows by defining how Unistore serves as the low-latency transacti

Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, revolutionizing performance expectations, ease of use, and cost efficiency. With AI redefining the computing paradigm, solutions must evolve to unify innovations in software models, compilers, platforms, networking, and semiconductors. Our diverse team of technologists have developed a high performance RISC-V CPU from scratch, and share a passion for AI and a deep desire to build the best AI platform possible. We’re looking for a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer who’s excited to build with the engineers using the AI computers Tenstorrent makes. You will create continuity between customers, engineering, and AI inference service products. This is an engineering role first: you contribute production code, operate deployments, and you can explain a trade-off to customer leadership as clearly as to core engineering teams. This is a high-autonomy role with direct customer impact. This role is remote, based out of North America, with preference near one of our main hubs: Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting. Who You Are You understand how accelerator compute, memory, and networking topology constrain AI workloads, and don't treat hardware as a black box. You're an early adopter of AI for your work from coding to building agentic workflows that multiply your impact. You work directly with customers to understand their challenges and provide effective solutions. You'll be leading a team of exceptionally senior and staff-level engineers who are deeply self-directed and technically excellent. To earn their trust and enable their best work, you'll need to be genuinely close to the craft — able to engage at depth on threat modelling, agentic security tooling, SDLC design, and application risk. You'll also own AppSec strategy and be accountable for how the function scales alongside a product organisation that is growing fast and leaning heavily into AI-assisted development. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Design Systems team is the foundational layer that powers visual consistency, design quality, and engineering velocity across all of Vanta's product surfaces. We build and maintain Vanta's shared component library (Alpaca), design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation, enabling product designers and engineers to ship high-quality, cohesive experiences at scale. As Vanta grows across GRC, Trust, and new product areas, and as AI and agentic experiences become a first-class part of the product, Design Systems is increasingly responsible for a harder problem than static component consistency: building a system that can flex for AI-driven, runtime-composed UI and agent chat and canvas experiences, without losing the craft and coherence that makes Alpaca trustworthy across the org. This role sits at that intersection. You'll help define how a design system stays foundational when the product itself is becoming more dynamic and model-aware. What you’ll do as a Staff Product Designer at Vanta: Lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of Alpaca, ensuring it scales with the needs of a rapidly growing, increasingly AI-driven product organization Extend the design system to support AI and agent product patterns, including agent chat and canvas experiences and components that need to adapt based on runtime or model context Partner with product designers and engineers across every product team to define, document, and ship new components, patterns, and guidelines Establish and evolve governance models, contribution frameworks, and quality standards that let every designer at Vanta build consistently, including for AI-nat

Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship. Quality is our competitive advantage. Every member of our fully remote team is a maker at heart, caring deeply about the quality and feel of our work. For this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where engineers are paired tightly with designers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. Pendo
📍 Raleigh• Full-time• $150K – $165K/yr

The Team + The Role The Product Design team at Pendo works closely with senior product leaders and sits at the center of product strategy and delivery. The team operates close to both the problem and the build, using LLM-assisted exploration, code-level prototyping, and customer validation before work moves into Figma for systems and polish. Designers ship across a multi-app platform with a high bar for craft, reliability, and product impact. As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design across the platform and move toward the highest-impact work. You will own projects end-to-end, from problem framing through shipping, partnering with product and engineering to make sophisticated experiences feel simple. What this looks like day-to-day Platform design leadership: Lead design across multiple product areas and own projects from problem framing through shipping. Partner with product and engineering to reduce complexity without losing capability, starting from customer need rather than feature requests. AI-integrated workflow: Use AI tools actively across the design process, including LLMs for problem framing and brief development, Cursor and Claude for prototyping, and generative tools for faster interface exploration. Document and share prompts, patterns, and workflows with design and engineering partners. Design systems: Translate and evolve Pendo's design principles into reusable components and patterns. Datadog
📍 New York• Full-time• From $204K/yr

Datadog is entering a new chapter in how our product looks, feels, and operates. Our Design Lab is defining a new visual direction for the platform, and we’re looking for a Senior Staff Visual Product Designer to help turn that direction into a coherent product experience. Datadog is dense, technical, and used by people working through complex problems—often under real pressure. The challenge is not simply applying a new aesthetic. It is rethinking hierarchy, layout, navigation, interaction, and product patterns so the experience becomes clearer, more cohesive, and more expressive without losing the power our users rely on. This is a hands-on product design leadership role for someone who combines strong visual judgment with deep product and systems thinking. You’ll work alongside visual designers, motion designers, product designers, Design Systems, and Engineering to ensure the new direction changes how Datadog works—not just how it looks. What You'll Do Co-develop Datadog’s next visual direction by applying and stress-testing it across representative product journeys. Translate visual principles into concrete decisions about hierarchy, layout, navigation, information architecture, interaction, and behavior. Use visual language to clarify complex, data-dense experiences — hierarchy, density, and attention. Hold the visual quality bar across work you don't own, and align teams around it. Prototype, test, and refine new patterns before they become systemized. Partner deeply with Product Design, Design Systems, and engineering to turn successful concepts into durable system guidance and implementation. Create clear artifacts, pilots, and narratives that help teams adopt the direction and raise the product quality bar. Influence stakeholders across design, engineering, product, and executive partners. You will report directly to the Design Director and work as part of a small, focused team defining the future state before it scales across hundreds
