About the Role To support our rapid product development and growing enterprise client base, we are hiring a Documentation Architect to own our end-to-end knowledge architecture. You will build and maintain our single source of truth, establishing AI-forward pipelines that deliver accurate product information to external clients and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Account Management, and Enablement). Key Responsibilities Design our information architecture. Restructure and maintain a centralized internal knowledge base and client-facing portal for all documentation of our product. Build and own automated pipelines that proactively flag outdated documents and generate draft content. Establish verification workflows to review AI-generated content before publication; set lifecycle processes for creating, updating, and archiving docs.
