This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, and implementation readiness. Once an opportunity is qualified, the Solutions Consultant becomes the solutions expert alongside the Account Executive - translating a customer’s needs into a tailored Activate solution and, once the deal is won, into a complete solution design and implementation plan that hands off cleanly to the Implementation team.
