About the Role & Team We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Data Infrastructure team within Statsig Experiment at Amplitude. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists responsible for the systems that power experimentation at scale. The team owns three critical areas: Data ingestion: Collecting and importing experiment exposures, custom events, OpenTelemetry data, and real user monitoring data across SDKs, streaming systems, cloud storage, and customer data warehouses. Data computation: Building distributed computation systems that transform raw data into accurate, timely experiment results. Stats engine: Developing and productionizing the statistical methods that help customers make trustworthy decisions from their experiments. This is not a traditional data engineering management role. We are looking for a leader with a solid data science and statistical foundation who can connect advances in experimentation methodology with scalable production systems. You will help set our technical and scientific direction, translating new statistical methods and machine learning research into capabilities that customers can use reliably at scale. You’ll partner closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and customers to advance the state of experimentation. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing causal inference and statistical power with data scientists, distributed computation architectures with engineers, and experimentation strategy with customers. What You’ll Do Lead and grow the team responsible for Statsig’s data ingestion, experiment computation, and stats engine. Define the technical and scientific strategy for advancing experimentation across both Statsig Cloud and warehouse-native deployments. Partner with data scientists and engineers to turn new statistical and causal inference methods into scalable, reliable product capabilities. Evolve our data and computatio

Amplitude

Amplitude is moving fast, from product analytics to an AI-native platform with agents embedded across the product, used by over 4,700 companies. We are looking for a strong design leader with a builder mindset to lead a 15-person design team through the next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role . You manage and grow the team. You also stay in the actual work: elevating quality through feedback, pairing with designers on the hardest UX puzzles, and asking the right questions to unlock the crux of the problem. You'll know every product surface well enough to raise its quality — even if you don't own any single one end-to-end. Designers are embedded in autonomous pods and need to keep shipping fast. Maintaining speed without compromising on coherence and quality is the job. If that tension sounds like an exciting problem to solve rather than a contradiction to complain about, keep reading. What you'll do Build the team. Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing design team, identifying people who will thrive and raise the bar at Amplitude. Develop them through direct, specific feedback. Help someone who's stuck get moving again. Set direction. Drive the design strategy for Amplitude's product suite: Core Amplitude, Statsig, and Wave (a proactive agent that helps teams build self-improving products). Help define how agents and humans work together in the same workflows. Champion craft. Strong visual design builds trust, clarity, and delight in the era of AI. Lead by example, elevating the quality of the product through exceptional design execution. Hold a high bar. AI makes it cheap to ship UI changes, which makes it easy for quality to erode quietly. Set a clear standard for what good looks like and enforce it without becoming an approval bottleneck. Stay in production. You believe that “the design” is what ships. Code is the material that brings the design to life. Push on the details, the papercuts, the edge cases. Speak for the customer. Show up in leadership

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Staff Product Manager, AI Foundations at Vanta, you will build the core AI capabilities that power Vanta’s AI product experiences: the agent harness our agents are built on, and the quality and evaluation stack that makes them trustworthy. The AI pillar is making Vanta the intelligence layer for security and compliance work, wherever that work starts. This role sits behind Vanta’s customer-facing AI experiences. Today, every team shipping AI features has to answer the same hard questions on their own: how to define quality, how to evaluate it, and how to know a change is safe to ship. What we're building Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to do for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. With Mutiny, everyone in sales and marketing gets a bench of GTM athletes that handle any work across their revenue motion and learn from what's actually moved their deals. In April we re-launched the product as an agent-first platform. Anthropic showcased us as a leader in AI GTM. MRR is growing more than 70% month-over-month, with customers like Uber, Rippling, and Snowflake. We're backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, and we're building a generational company. The opportunity We're looking for a Head of GTM to bring Mutiny to millions of users. You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, own revenue end-to-end from first touch to retention, and help shape the decisions that define the company’s brand and culture. You’ll be building the AI infrastructure layer that reshapes how every GTM team operates. This role is in person in New York City, five days a week. What you'll own Revenue. PLG self-serve signups and conversion, sales-led motion including pipeline and ARR, retention and expansion. Marketing. This is the traditional EA role and then well past it: you'll manage the calendar, inbox, and travel, but you'll also spot trends, build the processes and communication systems that make her better at her job, and act as her voice when it counts. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Design Systems team is the foundational layer that powers visual consistency, design quality, and engineering velocity across all of Vanta's product surfaces. We build and maintain Vanta's shared component library (Alpaca), design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation, enabling product designers and engineers to ship high-quality, cohesive experiences at scale. As Vanta grows across GRC, Trust, and new product areas, and as AI and agentic experiences become a first-class part of the product, Design Systems is increasingly responsible for a harder problem than static component consistency: building a system that can flex for AI-driven, runtime-composed UI and agent chat and canvas experiences, without losing the craft and coherence that makes Alpaca trustworthy across the org. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Customers increasingly use AI agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and internal Slack agents to run their business processes, and security and compliance work is no exception. For those agents to do that work, they need access to Vanta’s trust graph and intelligence layer. Vanta is building for that world: security and compliance products that customers can use through Vanta, through third-party agent platforms, and inside their own internal tools. As Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem, you will own Vanta’s external agent surfaces: MCP, CLI, and plugins in marketplaces like Claude Code, Codex, and ChatGPT. Your job is to make Vanta the trusted compliance layer that agents rely on. You will define the strategy, ship the products, and own the outcomes. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem at Vanta: Own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s agent ecosystem products. Define how agents discover, access, and safely use Vanta capabilities, partnering with the platform teams that own APIs and authentication. Hold outcome parity as a product principle: work a customer can complete in Vanta should be possible through MCP, CLI, and plugin surfaces too.
