Most security assurance work is reactive: a customer asks, a team scrambles, an answer goes out. This role exists to end that cycle. As a Senior Staff Analyst, you’ll own a named portfolio of our most significant customers from a security perspective, and get ahead of what they need — their regulatory environment, their audit calendar, their risk appetite, their control expectations — well enough to have the evidence ready before the request arrives. You’ll lead customer security audits hands-on, sit across from customer security teams as a peer rather than a form-filler, and build account security plans that make the next assessment predictable instead of painful. This is deliberately a hands-on senior individual contributor role. You’ll spend your time in audits, in customer conversations, and in the detail of controls and evidence — not in a management chain. If you’ve got deep SOC 2 and ISO 27001 knowledge, real technical range across cloud architecture, identity and vulnerability management, and the presence to hold a room with a sceptical CISO, this is a portfolio you can genuinely own. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Own a portfolio of strategic accounts as their dedicated security point of contact, building durable relationships with their security, risk, compliance and procurement teams. Lead customer security audits and assessments hands-on — scoping, preparing evidence, running the sessions, defending control design and driving findings to closure with internal owners. Build and maintain an account security plan for each account: their frameworks and regulators, audit and reassessment cycles, known concerns, open items and the roadmap commitments they care about. Anticipate requirements before they’re raised, tracking regulatory change, industry expectations and each account’s compliance calendar so documentation and evidence are staged in advance. Act

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role As a member of Ramp’s Strategic Account Executive team, you’ll work closely with our Head of Strategic Sales and senior leaders to drive net-new revenue and expand Ramp’s presence within the Fortune 1000. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. More than 10 million developers build on it, from solo founders shipping over a weekend to teams and builders via Vercel, Lovable and Stripe, and every one of them reaches Supabase through a surface: an API, an auth flow, an SDK, or a Partner's product with Supabase integrated. The current and next wave of software leans on those surfaces harder than any before it. Agents now act on behalf of developers and end users, authentication has to work machine-to-machine as seamlessly as it once worked human-to-human, and independent platforms increasingly need to authenticate, delegate, and coordinate with each other without a person in the loop. For a platform built on Postgres with Auth, Compute, Storage and generated Data APIs at its core, the surfaces where Supabase meets Partners and their systems are some of the most important avenues that we own - this role owns these surfaces. This role owns a focused portfolio of those Partners. Not the platform as a whole, but a small number of strategic Partners whose integrations you are accountable for making excellent. Success here is a product measure, not a commercial one: the integration is high quality, the developers who use it are well served, and it keeps improving. That means living close to those developers, obsessing over where the integration fails them, and turning what you learn into the roadmap. It is a product and engineering job first, because the best integrations are won in architecture reviews and pull requests, not in meetings. What You'll Be Responsible For Owning the success of a focused portfolio of strategic Partners, a small number of them rather than the platform as a whole. You are accountable for the outcome of each partnershi
