By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role As a Senior Software Engineer on Network Infrastructure you will be joining a team whose mission is to make a highly dynamic and intricate Kubernetes networking tech stack a pleasure to interact with, in addition to being legible, robust and secure. The Network Infrastructure team owns the tech responsible for north-south and east-west traffic flows across 100s of zero-trust K8s clusters running variable workloads. The team solves the novel technical challenges emergent at the intersection of scale, usability and security: enabling dynamic control over ephemeral infrastructure (10s of thousands of firewall rules targeting 1000s of short-lived pods) across multiple compliance regimes, using CNCF tools like envoy, cilium with K8s controllers to operate them. In this role, you will be working in one of the most technically challenging spaces at Palantir.

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Palantir's Offensive Security team probes our own products, infrastructure, and cloud environment the way a real attacker would. As an Offensive Security Engineer, you will test internal applications and infrastructure, chain findings into realistic attack paths, and work directly with the engineers responsible for the affected systems to get issues closed. A growing part of the team’s work is also developing agentic offensive security tooling: LLM-driven systems that encode operator tradecraft and apply it continuously. You will help in the design of that tooling and prove it out on live assessments. You will also help to coordinate third-party penetration testing engagements, scoping the work with specialized external firms, keeping assessments focused on the risks that matter, and turning their results into concrete remediation.

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Incident Management Engineers (IMEs) are the driving forces of stability across Palantir’s products. IMEs help to ensure Palantir fixes critical issues immediately. When something goes wrong, IMEs are the first to respond and are responsible for triaging, troubleshooting, and coordinating the resolution of the issue. You’ll be a member of a centralized team responsible for managing the most critical outages. You are an excellent communicator, collaborator, and troubleshooter and can use both of these skills in fast-paced and high-stakes environments. You are able to parse technical details quickly and know when to ask for help when you need it. Whatever the issue is, you are ensuring it gets resolved at a high bar as quickly and seamlessly as possible.

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role We're looking for an Information Security Engineer who can think broadly about how infrastructure is built, attacked, defended, and improved. You may have deep experience in one area—such as endpoint security, Active Directory, Data Loss Prevention, cloud security, identity, or detection and response—but you’re motivated by solving security problems across the environment. As an Information Security Engineer focused on infrastructure security, you'll help protect Palantir's global endpoints, servers, identity systems, applications, networks, and data flows. You'll work across teams to reduce attack surface, improve defensive controls, investigate security events, and turn security findings into durable architectural and operational improvements. This is not just a corporate security role; the adversaries we face are sophisticated. We need someone who understands both the details and the broader system: how a weakness in one part of the environment can create risk somewhere else, how controls interact, and how to build security improvements that hold up in practice.
