A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. What We're About At its core, this role is about uncovering dots and — without knowing the shape they form — figuring out how to connect them. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that hunch into reality. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you. What We Do As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most challenging problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. Deployment Strategists are self-starters who immerse themselves in our customers' most intricate workflows, partner with customer teams and explore the data, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. A select number of Deployments Strategists may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams and projects. In this role, the problems you'll tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our customers to make better decisions.

You have familiarity with existing developer tooling and have strong understanding of developer workflows. Core Responsibilities • Interaction and visual design. As a product designer, you'll be involved at every stage of design work. You'll help define early product concepts, flesh out the high-level workflow and micro-interactions of a feature, and execute on a crisp and effective visual design. You should have experience with mockup and prototyping tools. • User research. We frequently do informal user research, and value people who can be flexible with research processes and methodologies to achieve the right outcome. • Prototyping. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role As a Platform Engineer on Palantir's Identity Platform team, you will design, build, and operate secure-by-design identity infrastructure and tooling. You will make identity governance and access management easier and more secure to implement for Palantirians and customers worldwide. As part of Palantir's best-in-class Information Security organization, you will research, implement, and scale innovative solutions that help Palantir stay ahead of a dynamic threat landscape. You will help the team build the next-generation identity platform that treats agents and workload identities as first-class principals: the access graph that makes entitlements legible, the policy engine that makes authorization enforceable and auditable, and the token-issuance layer that keeps access short-lived, scoped, and least-privilege by default. Your work will shape the arc of these components from design to production. You will join the high-performing Identity Platform team, engineers who are passionate about delivering identity outcomes at scale that reduce risk and friction. The team builds and operates the identity platforms that serve both corporate and production (customer-facing) infrastructure, and the paved-road tooling and secure baselines that teams across Palantir deploy on. Your goal will be to make the secure path the easy path. Your work will directly strengthen the identity substrate beneath Palantir's most critical deployments, from a globally distributed workforce to regulated and air-gapped environments.

The Program Neurodivergent individuals will play a disproportionate role in shaping the future of America and the West. They see past performative ideologies and perceive beauty in the world that still exists — which technology and art can expose. The current LLM tech landscape positions them to dominate. Palantir is launching the Neurodivergent Fellowship as a recruitment pathway for exceptional neurodivergent talent. This is not a diversity initiative. We believe neurodivergent individuals will have a competitive advantage as elite builders of the next technological era, and we're hiring accordingly for all roles. This program is designed for those who think differently, and that's the point. Whether you're self-taught, formally educated, or somewhere in between, we're looking for builders who can see patterns others miss and solutions others overlook.
