A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Palantir builds applications that help customers organize, understand, and make decisions based on their data. Because these applications serve different roles within an organization's workflow, users frequently have multiple applications open at once, and expect them to work together seamlessly. While backend services handle much of this coordination, delivering a truly fast and responsive experience requires applications to also directly interact with each other through client-side frameworks running in the browser. Building these frameworks is uniquely challenging: every Palantir application plays a distinct role and has its own set of first-class UX concepts, yet the frameworks need to integrate cleanly into all of them. Success requires both strong API design skills and a keen eye for user experience. The frontend frameworks our team builds serve a variety of functions across Palantir's application ecosystem. Some frameworks integrate deeply with the Palantir Ontology—a foundational layer that provides a schema for defining objects and relationships between them. These frameworks enable real-time data synchronization across applications: for example, when a user selects an Ontology object on a map, data plots in a different application instantly update to show that object's properties. Other frameworks operate independently of the Ontology: for example, one framework allows applications to define custom behaviors that can be invoked by other applications or even by AI agents, giving them the flexibility to expose arbitrary functionality across the platform. Core Responsibilities As a software engineer on this team, you'll work with these cross-ap

By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role The Palantir Design Team is responsible for the human experience of using our software. Our team is growing rapidly, but we're committed to creating a tight-knit team environment that fosters trust, integrity, empathy, and growth. We work together in realizing a shared product vision, and regularly give feedback and critique to each other. Designing at Palantir is a varied experience. A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. What We're About At its core, this role is about uncovering dots and — without knowing the shape they form — figuring out how to connect them. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that hunch into reality. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you. What We Do As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most challenging problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. Deployment Strategists are self-starters who immerse themselves in our customers' most intricate workflows, partner with customer teams and explore the data, and dive into the product landscape to enable us to scale. A select number of Deployments Strategists may also be deployed to Palantir internal teams and projects. In this role, the problems you'll tackle will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, and a strong degree of user empathy to ultimately empower our customers to make better decisions.

You will need to be able to articulate revenue guidance clearly while supporting the legal and deal team on contract drafting to maximise revenue. You will also provide direction on technical revenue accounting issues and be able to explain the accounting impact to the internal stakeholders across various teams including Business Development/Sales, Legal, and Finance during the contract negotiation process. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure the health of your portfolio and participate in global month/quarter-end revenue close. You are a hands-on self-starter who loves to collaborate, and who is always looking to improve upon the status quo. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role Palantir Foundry is an end-to-end platform for data-driven decision-making. We're transforming the way organizations securely integrate their data, so they can then build reliable, critical applications atop that unified foundation. Our customers use Foundry to perform rich analyses that drive core operations within their organizations. They can also build sophisticated, full-fledged programs, such as common operating pictures, alert-triaging inboxes, and resource allocation planning tools driven by rich-ML models. As a Senior Front End Software Engineer focused on application development in Foundry, you will be responsible for crafting the tools used by thousands of users to build the sophisticated applications that power their businesses. You will be architecting and developing interfaces, state management and access patterns to support data-intensive workflows that are both powerful and approachable. You may spend one day interviewing users to better understand their needs and identifying product gaps to improve. The next day, you might find yourself considering that customer context along with signal gathered from other customers in different industries, brainstorming approaches to handling intricate UX needs with your teammates. You’ll regularly be faced with sophisticated technical problems, requiring you to scope out the solution design and finding an incremental path to shipping the new features. As part of this, you will own APIs and schemas that power your frontend code, or work with other backend engineers in developing them together. The Role Substrate is the team responsible for Palantir’s core production infrastructure — 100s of K8s clusters — from on-prem to the major cloud hyperscalers, whether they are internet-connected or air-gapped, small hardware footprint or large. As a Senior Software Engineer on Substrate, you will design and build Palantir’s managed Kubernetes product offerings across all these environments. You and your team will be responsible for bootstrapping and operating the entire fleet of K8s clusters with zero manual steps by building industry leading tooling and contributing to core CNCF components. You will also be responsible for ensuring scale, stability and security across a matrix of compliance regimes and hosting infrastructure types.
